I had to laugh when I first saw the growler unit as it sports an aluminum gutter system for overflow like one would find at Home Depot. Very efficient and clean, it was obvious great care was taken to clean it everyday. No buildup, nothing sloppy. Greeted warmly with my arms filled with Bordeaux wines, the counter guy helped me with my bags and then he helped me make a selection. With an array of local craft beers whose masters I know by name, I tried Blind Bat and Two Roads before taking both Tap and Cask are my favorite ways to receive beers as they radiate the magic of the brewer's touch much in the same way a vineyard might attribute the ethereal magic of terroir (earth, area) to its wine. Looking back, my visit was a very good experience worth repeating often.

Highly disconcerting to consciously choose to send the wrong item for what reason ? In hopes the customer will just say whatever and take it? Thankful for Uber Eats but would suggest avoiding this store if placing orders through them.

I double check their price vs several others in the area, and yes, they are $10-13 more expensive than anyone else - and according to my father and now several other people I spoke to, this price disparity is across the board. The nice old man who used to run the place for decades passed away at some point in the past few year, and that is sad - sadder still is ruining the formerly trusted and respected name for some nickel and diming - behaving like some large soulless corporation.
