Named after the honorable MLB Hall of Famer and Alum Jackie Robinson, this ballpark and stadium was perfect for a fun, family time on a sunny Sunday afternoon. The shade came in latter part of the game. Wear your UCLA cap and sunscreen. Support college athletics by purchasing the decent food offerings at fair pricing. Popcorn, ice cream, pre-made burgers, chips, corn digs, hot dogs, nachos, candy. Parking is $7 at the stadium. We took advantage of the $1 per seat special. Regular tix are $12.

    JRS Alumni Game 2016

Jackie Robinson Stadium (JRS) home of UCLA Baseball and the mecca and shrine of college baseball... Today is my favorite day of the year at JRS it's the annual UCLA Bruins Alumni Baseball game. I had the great fortune and pleasure to play college Baseball at UCLA and also the incredible memories of playing on these hallowed grounds during my collegiate career. The event is hosted by Coach John Savage and is a special and memorable day. I have had the honor and privilege to play in the game as both a UCLA player and now UCLA alumni player. It's truly a incredible experience and day. It is also open and free to the public with great photo and autograph opportunities as well. The UCLA Alumni Baseball game is a gathering of all the former players and there families to come together at JRS for a game of the alumni players and current UCLA pro players against this years UCLA Bruins Nationally ranked squad. The game is secondary as it's a collection of former teammates, friends and competitors coming together and uniting as one to share stories, reconnect, reminisce, bond, laugh and joke with each other all the while at the end of the day were all part of that special family and fraternity of UCLA Bruin Baseball players. As a father being able to share this with my kids is truly memorable. My son and daughters are competitive athletes and being able to share this experience and camaraderie as a family is both unique and unforgettable. Having my son down on the field wearing my old Jersey and then in the dugout rubbing elbows with dear old dad, former teammates and fellow Baseball Bruins young and old is unique and special. But having my former coach, mentor and father figure UCLA Hall Of Fame Baseball coach Gary Adams affectionately known to everyone who played for him as "Skip" putting his arm around my son on the field at JRS and sharing stories about me as a player, student and young man during my time as a student athlete at UCLA brought tears to my eyes it was profound and priceless. Following the game everybody meets at home plate for handshakes, hugs and photos followed by a catered lunch for all the UCLA Bruin Baseball family to enjoy and savor. JRS is a state of the art college baseball facility named after number 42 Jackie Robinson and I urge you to bring the family and enjoy the nationally ranked and 2013 national champion UCLA Bruin Baseball team play. JRS is a great way to spend a day or night watching America's pastime up close and personal with all the creature comforts of MLB at a fraction of the cost.

A beautiful stadium located in the Westwood/Brentwood area near the UCLA campus off the 405 freeway. It is the home of the 2013 National Champion UCLA Bruin baseball team and named after iconic alumnus Jackie Robinson.

Attended: USA Women's Rugby vs. Japan - April 26, 2025 We…read morehad a fun time supporting women's rugby, but the venue was a mixed bag. This was a double-header event (RFCLA vs. San Diego Legion followed by USA Women vs. Japan), and the $50 GA ticket was a good value for two games. GA wasn't sold out, and there were also group deals and reserved seating options. This is probably an excellent venue for collegiate sporting events, but was not an ideal to attend professional team games. Notes Pros: - Good value for a full afternoon and evening of rugby. - No bad seats--it's a small stadium, so you're close to the action no matter where you sit. - You're allowed to bring your own food and drinks, which is great. Concessions included hot dogs, nachos, snacks, and candy. - Casual atmosphere. Cons: - Bleachers felt a bit high school--in the GA blue section, there are no steps, so you have to climb the bleacher rows to get to your seat. - Kickoff was delayed with no explanation or updates. - Sprinklers turned on mid-game (twice!), pausing play for several minutes while teams re-warmed up. - Port-a-potty bathrooms only. Parking Parking in Lot 4 was $16, but exiting was slow due to poor traffic flow and no direction from staff. Overall I had fun! It wasn't the level of stadium I expected for professional rugby teams, but the capacity was about right, so I also understand why this venue was chosen. The sprinklers coming on was really funny but not great for a professional game. I get that these things happen, but it was also not resolved quickly.

My love for Easton Stadium runs deep…read more Growing up I watched the Bruins softball team (on TV) dominate the game with Coach Sue Enquist and a slew of players that went on to be All-Americans and Olympians and such. Of course now you will see Lisa Fernandez assistant coaching from the first baseline. Tenacious player back in her heyday. Enquist continues to visit and probably lend her advice from time to time. When Regionals & Super Regionals are hosted here, she & many former players support the team alongside "Clipper Darrell." The actual stadium is smaller than I anticipated with quite a few obstructed views depending on where you sit. You're only allowed to bring in bottled water. The concession stand is not that great and on the pricey side. PARKING Lot 11 is your best bet. Parking is $12 per car or $7 for disabled. TICKETS Some seats are reserved for Bruin family members. Other than that, it's first come, first-served. No benches here. Flip-down stadium seats only. Single day tickets during regular season play are $5. From my grandfather-in-law's house in Bel Air you can hear the team practicing and playing warm-up music. It always gives me fastpitch fever! I was hoping that their 2018 team with standout pitcher & power hitter Rachel Garcia at the helm they would take the College World Series of Softball championship. Next year, UCLA! And I'm hoping to see some of these ladies in the Olympics when softball finally returns! If you catch a foul ball, expect UCLA personnel to ask you to hand it over to them. They trade you for like a free Diddy Riese cookie voucher or something. 2018 Yelp challenge #128

Simply one of the best sports experiences you can take your family to…read more 1. Tickets are $5/person if you buy ahead of time. 2. Parking is $10 and easy. 3. If you get there early, you'd have no problems sitting right behind home plate. Given all that, why would you spend $$$ to go see a bunch of spoiled millionaires play and pay $13/beer? There are many ways to get to the stadium - the easiest way being off of Sunset.
