Went to the bowl to see DCI . The. Bands were amazing. The. Rose bowl was ok. Be warned if you're taller than 5"5 you wont fit well in the seats. Very narrow leg room. Im 6"1 and i had no place to put my legs. Really bad, by the end of the program i was getting leg cramps. Line to get in was real long, only one entrance to get in was open. Why??? But they had some good food and drink stands. The prices weren't too crazy. The Parking was OK not too expensive so that was a plus getting in and out wasn't too bad. Typical for a big arena. I would go here again. I'll just maybe pick a different seat where I could stretch out my legs maybe an end seat.

I'm eating a 5 star because it was so organized here. The staff was good at directing. My boyfriend and I saw Oasis here and there was so many people but the staff had everything under control. I love how there is a restroom nearby the stage. The security team is pretty amazing.

Game here for a ucla football game. Parking was smooth and was surprisingly easy to get in and out! We had a great time!

It's been years since I last attended a UCLA football game. I don't have much recollection to even compare the experiences. We parked among the tailgate partiers and it was a short walk to the entrance. Along the way, we saw and heard DJ playing right outside the entrance, co-eds hanging out. We had a good view of the game. The food venues were disappointing. My burger was served cold. It will be interesting to see where UCLA games ends up.

My grandson really wanted to see Oasis. Now, they don't tour often so I was stuck getting the only show in town, at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. I knew it would sell out and I knew the seats would not be very good, but for what I paid they should have been much better. The prices were outrageous. Many venues have upped their food game, but not here. It was the same junk you might find at a circus. It was very pricey and none of it was good. We were very disappointed. Parking is a bear and if you are disabled, well that is too bad. They have very few spots. You have to get there at least 3 hours early just to get in, get food and get merch. They don't have enough places to get merch so be ready to wait in line an hour just to do that. Then there is the fun of finding your seats with staff who have no idea where you are to go and just point. It took us 20 minutes to find our super expensive seats which were really bad. We had a fight break out in front of us and no security was to be found. We had to make them stop ourselves. The place is old, not kept up and it is sad. It used to be nice. I will go back if forced by my grandson because what he says goes and he has plans. I would be happy to never see the place again. The sound is terrible, you can't see and it is too loud. It is just bad.

WENT TO THE OASIS CONCERT SEPTEMBER 7, 2025 ================================ My son came to town and invited me to a concert for one his favorite bands. That in itself was priceless and a bucket list thing for me. The venue needs some serious organization help and hopefully that will happen for the Olympics. An hour and a half to buy t-shirts and 45 minutes to use restroom was beyond bad. Lines snaked all over the place. People tried cutting in line multiple times. Luckily my son put some guys in their place who tried to cut in front of us in the t-shirt line. Tips: 1. Buy merchandise at the Pop Up Store. This would have been better for me. 2. Run to the restroom way before the opening bands finish. Cage the Elephant was good and we got stuck in the slowest crowd to get out of the stands. 3. Get someone to drop you off near the southwest entrance. Get a pick up at Jack in Box on Arroyo. It's an exhausting walk, but you'll be faster than the vehicles.

Came out for a UCLA football game. Haven't been here in a while. Still an older stadium so the facilities may be a bit dated. It does bring back lots of memories when I was attending UCLA. Parking is still on the golf course and we still have option to tank the shuttle from Parsons if you do not want to hike out onto the golf course.

Used to go for UCLA football games when I was in college. I went to see Oasis on 9/6. The venue is a dump and super disorganized. Dirty dated bathrooms. Some tunnels have bad sewage odor. Bad and lax security. I bought a single pretzel it was hard old and overpriced. The show was over at 10:45 and I had to wait over an hour for the shuttle back to the Parsons lot. Traffic flow was not regulated. By the time I got to my car it was 1am.

This is UCLA v Penn St. Single bite of breaded chicken...barf!

Premium Seating, inside the Terry Donahue Pavillion has gone downhill, I've had better food at a church potluck. It was way better when Wolfgang Puck was overseeing the event. You're spend nearly $400 per seat with parking and the meat-carving table gives you a bite of food. What the...? The last evening UCLA game the Chef at the carving table was handing each person one single pork rib. I asked, "Is this the one rib serving...his reply...would you like 2 ribs?" When you spend this kind of $$$, a half rack of ribs should be the expectation...don't you think. The Pavilion needs help. Patrons are spending big bucks to enjoy time with their family and friends. Yet, are treated with average food quality. Poor leadership from the RBOC. Three games left on the calendar...let's see if things get better. I'll leave another review at the end of the football season.

My family and I recently attended the Southwestern Law School graduation for my niece which was held at the Rose Bowl. Upon entering the Rose Bowl grounds, you can truly feel the history of this storied stadium. The stadium is well kept, clean and as comfortable seats as you can possibly with hard plastic. Everything is clearly marked and the view to the field from every single seat in the huge stadium is spectacular.

I have been fortunate enough to see a couple of games here. This stadium is massive in size. The Rose Bowl Stadium was built over a hundred years ago and is one of the largest stadiums in the world. It holds around 90,000 people, but has held more than 100,000 in some of the bigger games. I love how it is nestled within a valley. When driving on the 134, you can get a glimpse of the front of the stadium with the Rose Bowl logo as you pass by. The Rose Bowl game is one of the premiere bowl games played on New Years Day. It is the oldest operating bowl game in college football. The Rose Bowl has hosted many college championship games and a number of Super Bowls. I remember when my parents went to the Rose Bowl game in the 80's when Arizona State beat Michigan. I have been to a few ASU games myself in the past when they visited here back in the Pac-12 days. We walked around the whole stadium one time and were in awe of its size. There was a lot of room for tailgating just outside of the stadium. It is a fun atmosphere and a fun experience to see a game here.

I agree with Yelpers Halli, Marcos and others. Rose Bowl sucks for events, unless you can walk there or take the shuttle. DO NOT bring a bag larger than a small purse, any size water bottle, or even a selfie stick ("could be used as a weapon" -- seriously??) We made two mistakes coming to the Fifa Club World Cup game on 6-15: (1) Uber instead of shuttle, got dropped off a mile away; (2) brought a bag of personal items, had to wait 45 minutes in bag check line ($10 per bag). It was already half-time when we finally checked our bag. By that time we were so disgusted by the whole experience we decided to leave... then it's another long trek to the shuttle stop (all the way across to other side of the parking lot), and a 20 minut wait for the shuttle that dropped us off on the edge of Old Town. We could only imagine the bag check lines and shuttle lines post-game. Oh the horror.

Haven't been here for actual stadium events, but only for outside running events 2 times, in the past year. The actual property is great for exercise, and it looks like tons of locals utilize the road circling the stadium for a walking and running-friendy (and biking) course. Parking overall has been decent and organized the times I've been here too.

Ask the Community - Rose Bowl Stadium

What parking lot has a shuttle to the Rose Bowl?

Unfortunately, I don't know of any parking lot that offers a shuttle to the Rose Bowl. There was parking just off site, cost was $44.00, but you do need to walk a bit.

I'm going for a non football event. Where can I park my motorcycle?

Are dogs allowed at the Rose Bowl drive in?

    Only service dogs. 😥🙂

What days is it the flea market? Do you know the hours?

https://www.rosebowlstadium.com/events/flea-market Second Sunday of every month only.…

How are people with disabilities accommodated in General Admission? What is the seating like?

I only know what I saw at the BTS concert and people were in a separate line but overall line management and courtesy were very bad at this venue.

I have parking pass located 1153 rosemont. Is that still in the stadium area? Any tips for seeing a concert there?

    That's close

Are they really strict with their clear bag policy? I have this bag it's clear but In the bottom it's black but the rest is clear. Would I be able to go in with that bag inside the stadium? This is my first time going to Rose Bowl for BTS concert!

Regarding the policy on clear bags, I don't think that you'll experience any delays or setbacks by having a predominately clear bag. Just make sure that you are transparent with respect to the bag's contents.

Has anyone sat club level for concert? what amenities do they have, same as for a college game?

    Yes awesomely

If I brought my 6 year old to a Taylor concert would she be able to see if people in front of us are standing? How far are bathrooms from the top sections?

She could stand on the bench, not sure if she would be able to see as there are a lot of variables to that question. The bathrooms are on the ground level, where you enter the stadium itself.

Parking suggestions? I want to get out as simply as possible. Showing up super early and leaving the car? Tipping the parking guys? Shuttle nearby? I'm going there in…

Use the Parsons Parking lot shuttle, it'll get you in & out way faster than if you had parked onsite.

    1. We will be on the 72nd row (almost the top of the stadium. Are there restrooms nearby? Will we have to walk up 72 rows to get there?

No bathrooms close you'll need to walk up and down- at you'll get your exercise

Do the concession stands accept cards?

In my experience, most if not all of them accept debit & credit cards now

Do they follow the clutch size specification strictly? My clutch is a tad bigger than the 4.5 x 6.5 size specification?

Bring your bag .. but put everything u have in it, into a plastic bag. When you enter securit show your bag and pull out the plastic bag. Security will appreciate. It having to go thru your bag cause they will see everything in the plastic

    Field seats? Any good?

Yes they are! Even if you sit in the end zone.. but know that they are all bench seating so you are usually shoulder to shoulder with someone... Enjoy rose bowl rules!!

Do they allow you to tailgate during concerts?

Not for the Arroyo Seco concert

Any recommendations for the best cheapest seats? (Seat section / row #s) please! :)

Far, far, far away! LOL the farthest away and higher you go, the cheaper the seat.....Depends on the act ....and the stage setup and/or the team.

How much is regular parking for a concert / VIP parking?

It can vary from 20$ to 40$ it just depends on what the concert venue is charging but I'd put it in the $30 range! Good luck and ha e fun.

Outside, there are two adjacent outdoor kid's playgrounds. Near the entrance they have juice and fruit vendors and a balloonist. They have an onsite cafe and food vendors throughout. The outdoor exhibits has a park area dedicated to physics. You'll see fans, pulleys, etc. to help your child appreciate scientific concepts while having fun. They also have tie-dye stations, climbing structures, tricycle race tracks, live music, and my son's favorites - the sandbox and pretend farmer's market and veggie patch. I noted lots of friendly staff dressed as camp rangers working with the kids and maintaining order with a smile, which is huge. I heard about the Tribeca Drive-In At The Rose Bowl last year during the first COVID-19 summer and was interested to go since I loved and attended many of the other non-drive-in outdoor cinema events. However, I felt it was still too early to be out in the wild while COVID was still raging on. Fast-forward to 2021, and Tribeca decided to return for a second season with COVID conditions slightly better than 2020 (the Delta variant continued to spread as of this review), so I gathered a few friends and excitedly checked this out for several nights to watch "Wayne's World" https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=E-DeGOiEzuvWmRAiDYrDvA&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw and "Purple Rain" https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=bfHeeYNqgJM86JCXf7C50g&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw. Was this worth the wait to get us all out of our homes!? PURCHASE General Admission Per Vehicle ($30.00 x3 + $5.00 fee x3): Purchased online (I believed the price was the same at the door the day of the event but possibly higher a fee), this was open parking so first come-first served although it seemed there might've been VIP tickets that placed you closer to the screen. You were allowed to be outside your vehicle but must maintain very close proximity. And upon check-in, you were handed information for which radio channel to tune in to https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=XFUe-mQef7rVwtwlWBgFfA&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw and how to order food through the DoorDash app https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=teK8iIeffho06nAUx5iFgw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw. Chicken Kabobs ($17.00): This was one massive skewer of thick pieces of nicely marinated juicy tender chicken along with an assortment of sliced green bell peppers, cucumbers, and onions served with a side of spicy dipping sauce. I surprisingly bought this pricey food item which thankfully didn't disappoint except for a lighter wallet. This definitely filled me up for the rest of the evening but probably wouldn't order it again https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=XSb87k8V1Jm2M9QFQ8nVDQ&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw. Seasoned Curly Fries w/Jalapeño Cheese Sauce ($8.00): A massive amount of curled spuds I swore the basket it came in was either bottomless or somehow never-ending! The cheese sauce had a nice spicy hotness to it but ran out of it halfway through my potato plantation which was fine since the fries tasted fine without it. With a nice crispiness in each bite until you reached the bottom where they were softer due to the moisture, not a bad meal at all; but this was a lot of fries to deal with for one person https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=jGpOSdzS3xcrVAHv1AhH1A&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw. SERVICE The online purchase was a breeze. Onsite directional signage to the main entrance was minimal at best (located at Lot F) https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=-eJcQuflOlHPYLrAfvkyGw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw. But once you arrived, the ticketing and parking staff, respectively, were friendly and helpful. The same could be said about the concession employees (there was a bar tent I didn't try), and directions to the restrooms were sufficient https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=6I83ppaDR1LdOP1daVViTw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw. Both audio and visual systems were very clean and clear. I didn't recall any onsite ATM machines. Generally-speaking, everything was fine and ran smoothly but just needed more signage once you got off the freeway since there were so many lots on the expansive Rose Bowl grounds. PARKING (FREE) Plenty of parking on the makeshift drive-in Lot F - 'nuff said https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=HLvvHky_uciuzRD_iTTMvQ&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A large open-air asphalt parking lot https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=Yh7TpFIOR6W5uI-U4hYAuw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw with a state-of-the-art movie screen. Exposed to the elements, you heard random sounds from conversations, dogs barking, and vehicle traffic, etc.. The aforementioned gigantic movie screen was your TV while your vehicle's radio provided the music and audio. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL Tribeca Drive-In At The Rose Bowl was a nostalgic fun time and would consider it again. The concept was perfect for the new norm of social distancing. The films shown were a wide range from old, new, classic, art-house, and more. The onsite staff were very charming and helpful, while the food menu was somewhat limited. Screen resolution is great - even on a Smokey Fire day at 4:30pm the LED jumbo screen is clear - only a few night dark scenes fade out a little during the daytime but not a big thing. Everything else looks fantastic on the large screen even during the daytime. Sound is through two stations on your car stereo or you can also stream through your phone if needed from their website. They even do movie previews for about 15mins. All the covid precautions are put in place and well managed. Vehicles are even staggered and given plenty of space to get out of your vehicle to stretch if needed. A few even parked backwards to sit in the back of their open suv areas. Security staff riding around on bicycles and also to answer any questions. You can't beat this activity for $35 with two or more people while the theaters are still closed. Plenty of restrooms as well that they are constantly cleaning. Way to go rose bowl for being one of the first to do this!

And now for something a bit different…read more I am a big fan of higher education and, coming from the northeast, I love beautiful campuses and academic excellence. CalTech enjoys both. These are recent photographs I took to show the magnificent architecture and brilliant landscaping of the Pasadena institution that, like few others, speaks to the importance and the majesty of the sciences. We don't need to pay for expensive trips to parks anywhere else, if we live in the Los Angeles area. Pasadena itself is the crown of Southern California and CalTech is its diadem. Look at my stylized shots and decide for yourself. Who wouldn't want to spend an afternoon here? Have lunch and then take your tea and cookies to the campus within walking distance of Old Town Pasadena. Hyacinths for the soul ...

My husband and I used to say, "I know if she can just get in, she will find her place there". This is her first year, and I can't say enough good things about this school. Besides having top notch education in mechanical engineering (her major) and research, the campus does an amazing job of keeping families involved, and also making the students feel at home. My daughter was so excited to go back to campus after winter break. She loves living on campus, and knows her professors. She has already hinted she may want to stay over for research opportunities during summer. And what is a plus is that she is just as excited to tell me about their social events. Lastly, I also love that they invited the families on campus the first week of school. We get caught up with monthly emails and video meetings. What an amazing institute all around.

At first, the staff seemed very welcoming, and I thought I had made the right choice. Unfortunately, once I was enrolled, communication was poor and getting consistent answers became difficult. One thing that stood out was the amount of turnover. During my time there, multiple instructors and the student advisor left unexpectedly, which created even more confusion. As a student, it didn't inspire much confidence in the program. When I decided to withdraw, the Director of Education didn't ask why I was leaving or whether there was anything the school could improve. Instead, I was simply sent the withdrawal paperwork I requested. It gave me the impression that retaining students or addressing concerns wasn't a priority. One of my biggest concerns was the financial transparency. I wasn't informed until orientation that the Sterile Processing program wasn't covered by FAFSA. By that point, I had already gone through the enrollment process and made plans around attending. I believe information this significant should be communicated much earlier so prospective students can make a fully informed decision before committing. Another issue was the inconsistency regarding the program format. Several of my classmates and I were given different information about whether the class would be hybrid, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Based on my personal experience, I felt that enrollment and tuition seemed to take priority over clear communication and student support. If you're considering this school, I encourage you to read both the positive and negative reviews carefully before making your decision.
