The text confirmation had me booked for a large truck/ van/ 3 row SUV. My grand cherokee is a 2 row SUV, so I'm not sure why I paid the same price ($350) as an Escalade, but whatever. When I dropped it off I showed her the problem areas on the bottom of my rear doors where rock salt had really done a number over the winter. She told me there's a few different things she can try and if she has a hard time with it she'll give me a call. I didn't get a call. In fact, I called them twenty minutes before closing to check the status and was told it was done. I go to pick up the Jeep and we both approach the vehicle together and the problem areas look exactly the same. She told me it looks like it's etched into the paint and they can try a paint correction for more money ($150), but can't do it for another 9 days. What happened to trying a few different things? What happened to giving me a call if that didn't work so I can approve trying something else? I do take responsibility for misunderstanding what a full detail includes, although it was never explained to me by the shop aside from saying "full detail inside and out." I was under the impression they would be cutting, polishing, and waxing the vehicle. The reality of it is they wash the car and apply some sort of quick detailer spray. It's basically a glorified car wash for hundreds and I would have never agreed to pay that had I known this beforehand. And to top it off, it wasn't even a very good car wash. The inside of the windshield looks awful, there was tree sap spots still on the paint as if no effort was made to remove them, the lift gate jamb wasn't cleaned at all, and the windows were still wet when I drove away leaving water marks on them and the doors. When leaving I scheduled another appointment for 9 days later for them to work on the problems spots on my 2 doors. After I got home and looked everything over I decided that I would be nuts to spend additional money, bringing my total to $500, for the quality of work that's done here. I pulled out my DA polisher, some ultimate compound, polish, and wax and did the doors myself. I was able to get the tree sap off with a little bit of goo gone and 5 minutes of effort. Lesson learned: If you want something done right, you do it yourself.

Once inside the bay, the two guys told each other every step they took, so nothing got skipped. Be sure you get the app so you can use their coupons. My 6 quart, synthetic blend oil change came out to $53, after the coupon. A SUPERB deal! All the employees were friendly, and no one tried to upsell me on anything. That's a surprise! I returned my car to them, they kept it 3-4 days while waiting on a part to come in, and told me everything was fixed. I picked up my car and it would barely run. Takes a long time to accelerate more than 30 or 40 mph, shrill beeping notices are almost constant, ive had nothing but problems. My mother and stepfather were the only owners of this vehicle and it was always garaged and babied. It ran PERFECTLY before taking it to Ridgemont Superlube but they claim it's just a big ole coincidence that it now runs like . I am single and no longer have a reliable vehicle because I trusted them, and paid them $150 to destroy my car. Use a business with integrity--this business has NONE.

I had not been there, but I heard they had really good pizza. And cheap! Good pizza at a convenience store I asked? The supreme pizza and the bacon cheeseburger pizza are both priced at $18 for a large. I don't consider that cheap. But, for memorial day weekend, pizzas are 25% off. Now it's $13.50 for a large. Ok, I'll bite. I get my pizzas home, and OMG, they are DELICIOUS! Definitely better than Dominos and Little Caesars! The bacon cheeseburger pizza has pickles on it. Pickles on a pizza? Surprise, it's delicious. It really works! No, it's not as good as Joes Italian, or Dante's, but it's definitely cheaper if you catch the sales. Yes, you have to join their club, but it's worth it. You earn points to use on food or gas. A good deal!
