NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They completely ruined my car that I had just purchased. An employee left a part off and oil was all over my garage floor the next morning. I returned my car to them, they kept it 3-4 days while waiting on a part to come in, and told me everything was fixed. I picked up my car and it would barely run. Takes a long time to accelerate more than 30 or 40 mph, shrill beeping notices are almost constant, ive had nothing but problems. My mother and stepfather were the only owners of this vehicle and it was always garaged and babied. It ran PERFECTLY before taking it to Ridgemont Superlube but they claim it's just a big ole coincidence that it now runs like . I am single and no longer have a reliable vehicle because I trusted them, and paid them $150 to destroy my car. Use a business with integrity--this business has NONE. read more

They ruint my lug nuts by rounding them off now I have to go to the dealership to get them removed and then broke my air filter housing causing premature wear and tear on the brand new filter not even 100 miles after the change, would not rec this place they do not know what their doing! read more

Went for a basic oil change and after a few days decided to check the oil level since my truck is a 2004 with 250 000 miles on it just to find that my oil was way over full. I had to drain 3 and a half cups out to bring it back to right and it was completely black and thick like syrup. They didn't even change my damn oil!!! 110$ for and oil change, oil filter and air filter and they didn't even change the oil. read more

Here's my experience with this place. I was greeted with kindness from an individual named Tyrese. He was caring, professional, and really tall. He treated me like family. You can tell he was raised with respect by his parents. He changed my oil and also fixed a loosen bolt that had my coolant leaking out. I'll give this place 10 stars if I could. I needed an oil change and a state inspection. When I arrived, there was a wait of maybe 5mins. They did the oil change fast and efficiently. While they did that, one of the guys cleaned our windows. They did the state inspection promptly. The guys on staff were polite. They have reasonable prices, and I will be coming back here! read more

I came in the morning and they did the oil change and inspection in probably like 20-25 minutes or so while I sat inside and had coffee and watched the news. People are friendly and honest ( I saw some employee come tell some elderly lady that she actually didn't even need an oil change yet as it had only been about 2k miles since her last one and her oil was still pretty clean), and if you need an inspection, just let someone know and they won't make you wait on everyone else there for oil changes, brakes, etc. read more

Had no appointment to have the oil changed on our 2015 Jetta this morning before heading back to AZ. Didn't have to wait long at all and they had the car finished within 45 minutes of my arrival. Everyone was friendly and the pricing was great for a full synthetic oil & filter change. Will be encouraging my daughter to take her truck here in the future. read more

100% recommend. Having a diesel I usually have to go to the dealer. Last time I waited 4 hours at a dealer. No other oil change places in Abilene have kept what a diesel needs for change. Service was good. Found a puddle of oil under my truck. Crawled under to find the oil filter loose and dripping oil. Good thing it happened on my drive way. Tightened it back up but my truck was two quarts low on oil and had to go replace it. Oil filter was a cheap knock off brand I had never heard of. Makes me wonder if they actually put Mobil One on my truck as requested. Incompetence is the only reason this would happen. They weren't busy so there's no excuse. Do yourself a favor...spend a little more time and money and get your service done at the dealership. You'll be glad you did. Will not be back except to see about a refund on my service. read more

Terrible, will never be back, nor will the person that recommended them! They were out of the traditional oil they use so asked if they could use something else and did not tell me it would double the price of my oil change ($98.45. When I let them know that a heads-up would have been nice they said "well we can drain it out if you like". Wow! Then turns out they had a less expensive alternative just didn't think of it. When I went in to get my oil changed I was not treated with the respect and professionalism I usually am. As I was pulling into the bay the worker was not paying attention and was chatting with his coworkers - I nearly drove into the hole because I could not see where I was going. Once parked I had my window rolled down and could hear the worker talking wrongly of me and mocking me about it. when I asked the worker about it he simply laughed in my face and walked away. He did not apologi for his behavior. Unfortunatel, I will not be returning to place where I am not treated as a valued customer. read more

They quoted me a decent price for an oil change, then drained my oil. They then said the quote was wrong, that I needed synthetic and it was going to be twice the price. I was first in line and the service took forever. Never letting these criminals touch my car again. read more

Very quick, easy in and out type of place. They changed my oil, and even did a vehicle inspection. They also cleaned my windows for free.

Took my 2018 Kia Niro in for an oil change on Oct 2nd. Today, changed the oil for the first time since and found my oil pan plug, which was a 17mm OEM, has been replaced with a 13mm something else. It fits, but why did this get changed? Second, the filter used was not a sub for the filter I had on the vehicle and was considerably smaller than the OEM or the Purolators I was using. Had to ask to make sure the crush washer was changed at the time. I wish I had just driven back to Arlington with oil being a little dirty than trust my car to these guys. read more

I will not use Ridgemont Lube in Abilene ever again! Their sign only says $68.95 for a full synthetic oil change. What they don't tell you is that it only includes the filter and 4 quarts. What car uses only 4 quarts these days? What would have cost me $68 at Walmart ended up being $113 due to charging for more oil for my truck. None of that was agreed upon or explained before I got the bill. Lesson learned. read more
