The dealership sent the paperwork to my credit union Monday evening, and I stayed in contact with my salesperson at least three times to provide updates that everything was nearly complete. The financing was finalized at 8:30 a.m. this morning. Less than 24 business hours. Despite knowing the paperwork was in its final stages, the dealership sold the vehicle to someone else the night before. As a returning customer, I expected better communication, honesty, and a reasonable opportunity to complete a purchase that was already well underway. This experience showed a complete lack of consideration for customer loyalty and professionalism. I understand dealerships want to sell vehicles, but selling a vehicle out from under a customer who has financing actively being completed is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with Mike Morgan GMC of Bossier City, and specifically Keith Gorman, to proceed with caution. Johnnie the owner And the guys at shop brazed the hole in the manifold and adjusted the Tranny that wasn't shifting correctly (my bad on that) made some other fine tuning on the engine and the car has not driven this good in 40 years at least!
