Since they own all 3 stores in the area they have a monopoly. Prices are high. While I don't like shopping at Walmart I do so out of principal. If they cared about this small community they would charge fair prices instead of gouging. read more

Jack's, my friend works here. They have good sales. But when things are not on sale they are overpriced. I think that u have to get more of the car carts because little kids love them. And the car carts are nasty. Other wise great shopping great environment good people. read more

The place is good but the lines for the checkout are always slow and the people there seem to hate customers. Tammy was my cashier and just snarled at me the whole time. When I bought beer and she asked for an ID from me and my friend we quickly produced them, and she just rolled her eyes and threw our bags down the checkout. No "have a nice day". Prices are high. Deli and salad bar are closed when short of help. You really have to watch the expiration dates on everything. Deli chicken and tenders are good when you get them fresh. Staff has always been helpful. read more

We Are traveling through and made a stop in this town and wanted something quick to eat for dinner. We called the grocery store to see if they had rotisserie chickens . We were on hold for a long time and finally decided just to go down there. Walked in and I couldn't find a basket ,So I had to hold everything and try not to drop my sides and chicken on the way out. There were five cashiers just standing around not doing anything . After I was rung up my items just sat there on the belt. She might assume I had my hands full with all the items I bought and my toddler in tow but instead I had to ask her to bag me up. It's not like she was busy. I literally saw a total of 12 people in the whole store shopping. She didn't even consider to separate my hot items from the cold but I let it slide just to get out of the store. I'd hate to see this store if it got busy. It doesn't even function well when it's slow. Overall it looked well stocked but that's why It got the two stars otherwise the service was subpar. read more

Check the expiration dates!! This grocery store constantly has expired food on their shelves. Multiple times I have had to go to a competitor to buy my produce, eggs, and yogurt due to week old food sitting on the shelves. Not to mention they are overpriced. read more

This place is way overpriced and there produce/meat is gross. All three locations in Marinette/Menominee have differing items with differing price matrix's for each location. I guess if you want to overpay for groceries shop here. Otherwise, Sam's Club, Lees, Costco, Aldi's, and Amazon Prime Pantry will beat Jacks both on quality and price. Also, the people that work at Jacks do not even acknowledge customers or show proper respect. Not shopping hear again. read more

Posted signs prohibiting weapons of any kind. The prices are a bit high for a grocery store. As one of the other people have said on the review I would say that half the people that work there hate their lives and take it out on customers. read more
