We found new brand of hummus to try, grabbed some bananas and spontaneously decided to take how two small salads for dinner. Lived the freshness of the salads with homemade vinaigrettes. Thoroughly enjoyed walking by the rows of sunflowers that lined the parking lot and continued in the home directly perpendicular from the market. A lively August sight. Love the vibes of something small and locally owned. Four of us ordered a variety of caffeinated drinks from the kind gentleman working behind the counter. The owner, if I had to guess. The drinks took quite awhile to be made, but that's only because you can tell he really cares about his craft. You won't find mass-produced pots of coffee or tea here, but instead carefully curated beverages. I enjoyed my matcha! It was certainly made the right way, as he sifted it into a small bowl. This Japanese green tea powder is made from finely powdered dried tea leaves, and takes a little extra TLC to do the right way. Ended up whisked well with a nice foam top.
