Got engaged this week so I can finally write a glowing review for Jack!!! I can't say enough good things about my experience designing a custom ring here. I think the photos and video speak for themselves, but the service was also incredible. Jack and his team were incredibly thorough, timely, and professional. I brought a diamond I had bought loose for Jack to work with, and he even showed me a similar diamond he procured for comparison. I really appreciated that he did not try to upsell me or oversell the diamond that he had. He was honest that both of the diamonds were fairly similar and offered to give me a good price on the diamond he had. I ended up going with the diamond I originally bought, but I felt like I was in good hands working with him. He was very to the point throughout the process which I liked. I had a wonderful experience with Jack's Jewelers who did custom work to essentially remake a sentimental ring that had belonged to my grandmother (who passed away more than ten years ago now). This is a ring I wear daily, and it had worn down to be too thin for daily wear -- it was also at least a half size too small, and when it finally lost a stone, I decided it was time to do a custom project to have it remade into something I can continue to safely wear for years to come. Initially Jack resized my engagement ring - turnaround time was only a few days when I said that I would be traveling later in the week - I was really impressed by and grateful for that. As we were looking at wedding bands to purchase, Jack patiently went through various options with us and gave input on what styles and materials were of the best quality and would endure long-term. He suggested a wedding band to me that was smaller (and, so, also less expensive) than some others I was considering purchasing from him - this demonstrated a great deal of trust and integrity that can be hard to come by. Our request was small - we just needed our wedding rings sized, but it's obvious the owner has been doing this for many years. He stayed open so we could consult with him and drop the rings off, promised them by the date we'd requested, and delivered our rings back beautifully sized and shined in half the time. The price was reasonable. Our rings look better than new. While this request was small, the attention to detail here is unmatched. Jack has made me 3 custom items to date, and most recently, he helped me recreate and redesign my grandmother's engagement ring and wedding band as the original ring she wore for 36 years had to be cut off during a bad fall. As always, Jack was a patient listener and took very good care of this incredibly special ring. He turned my vision into reality, which was a challenging piece as a ring guard had to be incorporated and I wanted the wedding band and engagement ring to look like two rings; however, they needed to be attached to ensure they would stay together and only one ring guard would need to be built in.
