When I went to the lake wylie office all the other businesses said that was typical by the jerrys place employees to treat their costumers, they also laughed and said jerrys place never answers the phone and is always late. They never showed, or called so I called Gander. Apparently Gander reached them because the owner called yelling at me asking how dare I call Gander, told me he had thirty days to transfer the gun, he told me he didn't have my number to call and hung up after telling me to have a good day. Jesse and his team made each of us feel so comfortable and at ease on the range, and we each had individual attention on improving our weaknesses. If you're the type that is easily intimidated, this is for you. If it's your first or four hundredth time on the range, it's for you. I can not recommend them enough. (Also, found out they do fundraisers and so churches and other companies can host them and they'll donate to your cause.) I went for the conceal carry class because someone didn't keep track of when paperwork expires and had to take the class over.. but, this was an amazing class, way better than the first one I took. The best thing about it was the fact I felt it combined instructional time by shooting 100 rounds when you only need 30 rounds for the actual qualifier. I haven't seen a more patient instructor able to adapt to all skill levels and able to give the corrections to grip/stance/etc in the way the individual needs to hear it. This is definitely worth the quick trip from Charlotte and one of the most cost effective classes I've taken.

Other customers complains are valid, I been there a couple of times, usually nobody at the arms sale sections will greet you. They are like TSA agents, just depends on how busy they are and who is on staff. You probably will not see smiles like you walked into a car dealership or Apple store ha. Mike was nice and supportive during the purchase and was welcoming. PSA is very popular. Price is reasonable and they don't have supply chain disruption even during covid . They have everything you need there. Ammos, accessories, whatever you need. Watch for their holiday sales in store or online. Back to the range, there are pistol and rifle section. you can rent pistol and rifle there. $10 to rent for pistol, range time is about $20/hr. Another bad thing about PSA Denver is they are on the remote side of the lake. So it can be a long drive for people don't live nearby.
