Recently I had an appointment to have my dogs teeth cleaned and when I received a reminder text of…read morethe appointment it gave the incorrect time for drop off. I called to confirm the correct time and what they sent was incorrect. After I got off the phone I realized they had not given any instructions on if I was to end water and eating for my dog the night before being put under. I called the office back and they confirmed that the dog should not be given any food or water after midnight. When I arrived for my dogs appointment the next day I observed that staff arrived approximately 5 minutes before opening. Once I got to speak to the front desk staff I shared my concerns about the lack of communication regarding feeding and watering and the response from the girl at the front desk was "everyone knows that knows that " I replied that no, not everyone knows that and asked if the business had went through a change in ownership as it seems it was not being ran as well as it used to be. I then proceeded to check my dog in and was given a paper to sign certifying that all information about the treatment had been explained to me, yet nothing had been explained. When I mentioned that nothing had been explained, the girl asked it I wanted to speak to the vet and I replied , yes I would. I sat in the lobby for approximately 5 minutes and when the girl returned she advised the vet couldn't speak with me because he was in surgery. I advised her to cancel my appointment

I haven't had any satisfaction no honest I took my Shih Tzu one year old to get spayed. I had a brief call by John saying that she was bleeding a little bit. But he got the bleeding stopped when I went to pick up my little dog, she was laying in the bottom of the cage on the floor ice cold. Nobody was paying any attention to her. John was not even there. They gave me back the money for the operation died within a half hour of picking her up. I tried to get my money for the price of the dog and John said it was my fault because he offered to take her to a hospital and he offered that is not true they did said you I signed before the operation. I do not trust John. All they do is give a shot according to their that's it no oxygen no their blood pressure and no IVs they throw your animal on the table and cut them open and then stitch them back up and throw them cage

And refused to treat our baby because she didn't like that we talked badly about the dog that MAULED our baby. No bedside manners at all! Blamed us for our little dog finding a small hole I'm our fence and getting out. Obviously she is a pit bull lover because the vicious pit that did this was put down and that upset her, even though the same dog killed a kitten the week prior and attacked the owner while she was trying to save our dog! So screw you Anne! But Page was awesome! She recommended a vet near us that actually saved our baby! So praising the petd performance of Page, but the actual Vet is awful! So just for him to be seen was almost 500 dollars. The surgery from the place near our house was only $450. So it was more for the visit to this awful place then it was for the entire treatment at the new place! This place almost KILLED OUR DOG!!

We spent about 8 hours there on a Very busy Sunday. Our pet was evaluated quickly but the wait to see the vet was what took so long. There's a convenience store across the street for food or drink. The vet who treated our pet was very thorough and empathetic; we never felt rushed or ignored. Yes, the bill was high, but it's an Emergency Room ... what do you expect. We would use this clinic again.

Horrible experience... took a stray cat in there to be spayed and they operated on her and come to…read morefind out she had already been spayed so they then quadrupled the charge because they said that she had already been spayed I had to pay full price for the operation that wasn't even necessary if they had checked her first to see if she had been spayed already.. not only that when she came home she couldn't eat anything so I took her back over and ask them what they did to her mouth and they said it was from where she had missing teeth but she had missing teeth when I took over there to begin with and she was eating fine before she went to that place it's been 3 weeks now and I'm still having to liquefy her food because she cannot chew anything and not only did they try to give me several different BS excuses but they started yelling at me when I told them they did something to the cat that caused her not to be able to eat . Also the place smelled so bad like cat piss that it took your breath away as soon as you walked in the door and the floor was completely filthy there was smeared animal poop everywhere . And the women at the front desk have an attitude if you don't just agree to everything they say and pay whatever amount they decide you owe . They quoted me $30 over the phone then operated on my cat when she was already spaded and tried to charge me $120 and did something to her mouth where she still can't eat . That place is horrible . I wish I could go back in time and take this poor little kitty to a real vet .
