I called to confirm the correct time and what they sent was incorrect. After I got off the phone I realized they had not given any instructions on if I was to end water and eating for my dog the night before being put under. I called the office back and they confirmed that the dog should not be given any food or water after midnight. When I arrived for my dogs appointment the next day I observed that staff arrived approximately 5 minutes before opening. Once I got to speak to the front desk staff I shared my concerns about the lack of communication regarding feeding and watering and the response from the girl at the front desk was "everyone knows that knows that " I replied that no, not everyone knows that and asked if the business had went through a change in ownership as it seems it was not being ran as well as it used to be. I then proceeded to check my dog in and was given a paper to sign certifying that all information about the treatment had been explained to me, yet nothing had been explained. When I mentioned that nothing had been explained, the girl asked it I wanted to speak to the vet and I replied , yes I would. I sat in the lobby for approximately 5 minutes and when the girl returned she advised the vet couldn't speak with me because he was in surgery. I advised her to cancel my appointment

She & her staff are extremely knowledgeable and care about your fuzzy family member like they are her own. I have had the pleasure of her helping with the sadness of making rough decisions that no one wants to make and the joys of welcoming new family members. Last week I made an appointment for my regular buddy George to go in. Today got there well on time. They were 20 minutes late. And was refusing to let me bring him in. No other customers are in there. I had on my PPE. They could have saved me a 30 mile one-way trip by telling me when made an appointment.. They have lost a good 30-year customer. Got a better place now.

They were so extremely helpful with the entire process and after helping me for over a year when i felt she was done fighting they helped me with her passing. They are always helpful with the many drop off cats i have to help. My only complaint is not being able to fix strays without all their shots so it gets expensive.

She showed us her insanely huge koi pond setup with tons of giant koi that were several feet long and would even let you pet them and acted like they liked it! She had all sorts of tips and tricks for me as a beginner and she even gave me deep discounts on everything I bought because it was close to the end of the season. Idk about right now but when I've went in the past she has box's for money with plant living next to it. It's on the honor system so if she isn't there when you go you can still grab what ya want. Very cool mom n pop setup from someone that just loves nature, plants and animals and happens to be good at nurturing it and made a side hustle out of it to support her plant and koi habit

This is second generation Vet, and if they for some odd reason, don't have the service you may need, then they certainly know who to refer you to. So far and few between. I have been so grateful for their dedication and loving care for my pets and tolerating me when I have to send one away to college is my term for goodbye. My blessings and prayers for them every day at both of their practices and for as many years as they continue to care for everyone's creatures great or small.
