I just wanted to leave a quick review because I notice many reviews on here that are poor. Ms. Gwen is a great counselor. I also must say Candi that runs the office is great as well. She has wonderful communication, always helps with processing my payments, and responds quickly to questions. The class schedule really met my needs as well, being on the weekend and over zoom. I have nothing but good things to say. Also, I want to say when you sign up pay attention to what you are signing up for. Read the documents they provide you so you aren't surprised later if you miss a class, etc. As an adult, it is your responsibility to read the rules of the program and ask questions if you are concerned about anything. read more

Learning from each other and stories is what its all about. Its very discouraging to want to better yourself at this place, due to accounting incompetency. This company has repeatedly taken money from us and credited it back and have the audacity to suspend licenses at their culpability over unpaid classes. They refuse to fix it. We called sacramento and they advised to take blower out with company and next step is a federal agent to investigate further. There is a reason they wont let you pay in full. (Cant get scammed) Please be aware and choose another class. As a counselor listening to your clients every week; tirelessly explain this scam, you would think there is moral conscience in where you work. (Someone failed morals and ethics in college) This company exploits people that are struggling and have no voice. We wanted to resolve this in an adult manner but unfortunately cannot with their disregard for stealing money. Pay your employees more, so they can actually file correctly. Just finished my 4 months First Offender Program, everyone including stuff members and counselors are super professional and helpful, I was lucky to attend Gwen Carr classes and I've learned so much from her, she always makes the entire group feel welcome, has everyone participating and engaging with some powerful lectures, my life has improved so much with this program, thank you so much for all your help! read more

This place is horrible! I had to call several times before I got a live person. Once I did, they emailed me a series of questionnaires to complete and email back to them before I could schedule an appointment. I was skeptical because it was a lot of personal information. Once I emailed nack the questionnaire , I received a call ack the next day stating the questionnaire was received but needed to email the office my court order and would thereafter get a call to set up an appointment. The days went by, and I never received a call. When I called to follow up, the rude female who answered the phone told me they hadn't received my questionnaire and had nothing on file for me. How is that possible when someone from the office called me stating it was received. I asked to speak with her supervisor, and her response was, "Okay, you want to speak with Candy ( supervisor name) and left me on hold for over 15 mnts. I tried calling back multiple times, and no one would answer the phone! I don't understand how the court could have this place on their list. The same day, I called another program, and right away, an appt was scheduled within days, and their customer service and kindness were impeccable. Sometimes, bad things happen for a reason. Ever since I completed the forms they sent me via email (the ones they later claimed couldn't find), I've been getting a lot of unknown calls from vendors! Dont say I didn't warn you!! read more

They messed up my file and cost me a lot of money. Theyre all about accountability for your mistakes but if they mess up it's on yourself to fix they're mistakes. They're not a good counseling office. Please find another one read more

After my previous negative review, the CEO of this organization reached out & rambled on about some client's case in another state. Continued lack of professionalism. In their defense, I didn't reach back out to him as requested, they refuse to even get on the phone & only accept email to the same generic contact. I ask to hear no further from this company & highly recommend you look elsewhere. read more

They have a terrible computer system that will crash and then miraculously you owe more money to complete the program. This place is a joke. One week they charged me $10 then next was $35. No one knows anything when you ask and then they push you on to another "administrative assistant" Thank you for reaching out Eric. See my attached photo of my most recent receipts. Note that both sub totals are $0.00 as my program and accessed fees have been paid in full. What is a past due amount? That is clearly what the receipt says I owe. From my understanding there is no past due. I paid my entire $661.00 program fee and my two absence fees totaling $701.00 which is exactly what I owe. Please clarify where this $40 past due amount comes from. If we can get this sorted out I'll be happy to sort out a review of the actual program and not the faulty accounting. Thank you. Also, I'm curious why the administrators have been crossing out this past due amount on literally 9/10 receipts I have in front of me. I'm 100% sure there is an error, I've paid my account in full and paid every week for the dollar amount the admin asked. read more

For being a DUI program it was really fun and it went by fast thanks to Judy! Judy made the class very fun and entertaining but at the same time implying the importance of not drinking and driving I have learned so much in this class by hearing everyone's stories and watching all of those educational movies. I live in rialto and the closest program for me was in Fontana But i decided to attend Jackson-Bibby because my friend Estrella Corral told me they had a great environment. The counselors are all great and helpful. They work with your schedule and are always there to help you I would recommend Jackson-Bibby to anyone needing a program, I know they been helpful to me. read more
