Then our waitress came back and said because we split it three ways we didn't get the appetizer deal. We asked if she could redo the checks then and she said "no I can't redo them" which I don't feel is true. So now we paid full price for an appetizer we were encouraged to get for "a deal" and no discount, no appetizer comped, but we left after three hours there with three beer tokens as an apology I guess. We live over an hour a way so these are useless. I've been once before and now I'm upset I recommended and took my whole family here for my birthday. Definitely not worth the drive.

Our original point of contact, Crystal, no longer works there, so there were some communication problems at first. Once we got those sorted things went great. There are only 2 things that keep this from being a 5 star review. One, they have an exclusive catering deal with a guy that treats his customers like trash. He tried to scam us out of thousands of dollars, and screamed at us when he got caught. Two, the wedding coordination services were basically non-existent. Our coordinator was supposed to be Monique, but I can't tell she did any coordinating. She wasn't there for rehearsal, even though the contract says she would be. I had to coordinate everything during the reception because she was too busy drinking and dancing with her daughter. She did a great job decorating. Decorating and coordinating were 2 different charges, though. I paid for both, but only got one.

Children are not allowed in the bar area and have their own separate area in the commons/meeting room where they can do what kids do. Also there's a bar in the children's area so parents can sit, socialize & enjoy a drink.

Planning went smoothly overall, and Bryon was helpful in guiding decisions we hadn't considered. Our only service-related critique is that the photographer provided minimal direction during posed photos. Otherwise, the day itself went well, and the DJ was excellent--we still receive compliments on the music. The main issues arose after the wedding. Our contract stated we would receive our digital photo gallery within eight weeks. We only received updates after repeatedly reaching out post-deadline, and ultimately received the gallery six days late (and two days after the second communicated date) with no apologies. While we understand fall is a busy wedding season, the lack of proactive communication was frustrating. The photos themselves were lovely for the most part. Further delays have occurred with the USB containing our videography. After confirming our mailing address on December 13 and being told to expect the USB in 2-3 weeks, we still have not received it. Multiple follow-up emails we sent have gone unanswered, and it is now four weeks past the expected delivery window. While we recognize delays (and life) can happen, the consistent lack of communication around paid-for deliverables is unprofessional. Although the DJ service was top tier, we simply cannot recommend Endy Events to couples who expect timely delivery and clear communication for their final products.

My wofe stayed the night before int he bridal suite which is huge. If the complete bridal party wanted to stay the night before the wedding they could with ease. We had a very big bridal party containing 20 people and had plenty of room. The outside of the mansion is beautifully landscaped with a gorgeous lake out front with a couple of fountains inside. This is our second time staying at this Holliday Inn. The first time was great! The staff were…read morefriendly and the rooms were clean. We planed to make this our hotel of choice when we visited family. This time we had a problem. We got here at 1:30 pm and called to see if a room would be ready early. We were told that no rooms would be ready until 3 pm check in time. We understood and visited with family while we waited. We got to the hotel at 3:15 pm and my husband went in to get the rooms. He was waited on by Jayci. She told him that they just checked in a baseball team and there were no other rooms ready. When he asked when would they be ready, she told him she didn't know, and picked up the phone that was ringing. He came out to the car and told me. I immediately went back into the hotel because that was unacceptable. I was greeted by Jeff because Jayci was still on a call. I told him what my husband said and he asked me to wait while he finished with someone and then helped us. The rooms were still very clean and the breakfast and coffee are good. We are asking for someone to do something about one employee please.

First, I hired him for 10 hours because it was an Indian wedding and they are usually long. Though he had told me he had never done an Indian wedding before, I was confident he would get enough coverage of the event to satisfy my needs. I also was confident because the reception was American. I thought we would be okay as long as he captured everything. What I got for my 10 hours was a 50 minute edited video. There were no shots of the hotel, the entrance or of the venue in general. There was no shots of the mandap, an Indian alter or stage. It was as if I was married in a small room with no guests. As for the western reception, there was no footage of the gift table, the limo of us leaving for photos or when we came back and talking with guest. In fact, he was just sitting there when the limo arrived. I was very disappointed, so I asked him to send me a copy of the raw footage. I believed maybe he just did not edit properly or not know what to include in the final production. However after receiving the raw footage I had 2 hours total with none of the above mentioned things normally included in a wedding I thought it was unfair for him to charge me for 10 hours when his work was actually 2 hours long, so I sent him an email stating the fact, and he replied saying I paid him for the time he was there and not the video time. I did not expect him to have 10 hours of video. I also realize I was hiring for his time, but I was not hiring him to be a spectator. I hired him to shoot video and for him to be there for 10 hours and come up with just over 2 hours of raw footage is ridiculous. I realize there were breaks and down time to be taken into account but 8 hours of down time? This just seems a bit too much. All I got was just over 2 hours of what one would expect from someone with a camcorder. If he had captured everything in 2 hours , I would have been fine; however, a lot was missed and when I questioned him about it I got excuses such as it slipped my mind, or I overlooked it, or I was on break. This was my wedding and not a birthday! It is not happening again next year. All of those moments will not be captured; they are simply lost. The videographer at Xtreme Films presents himself as a professional videographer. His website is well done and the equipment seems top notch. In actuality he is at best amateur. Though he uses excellent equipment the video did not turn out well either. I realize lighting is important, but he brought no external lighting and made no indication to needing more light, so the video turned out grainy. Finally there are very few close-ups of us during the entire ceremony. It is as if he did not use the zoom function on his camera. Almost all of the angles were of him just walking to one side or the other, and as for the second camera that was supposedly part of the package, it simply was not there. Needless to say this was a very disappointing experience. If you have a limited budget for video, buy a camcorder and give it to a friend or relative instead of hiring Xtreme Films. You will probably get the same quality, more footage and have a camcorder at the end, and just have it edited when you can afford it. Bottom-line, I WOULD NOT recommend him to anybody for weddings. You will regret if you do.
