However, Albert did not resubmit my taxes or contact me to solve the problem. In short, I'm stuck with a bunch of late fees and also didn't qualify for some state incentives. I contacted Albert by email, phone and in person. He resubmitted my taxes after 2 years and they were finally accepted. He told me in person that he would send me a form to look into getting my late fees dropped, but I haven't received anything. My biggest disappointment is that he never reached out to help me. I had to email and go in person to try to solve all these issues. No apologies, no how can I help you.

Then I had Aguilera & Associates do my taxes and they saved me $1000!!! I was shocked. It is only $130 for first time customers for basic returns.
