And while they staff was very friendly and took care of me in a timely manner, they screwed in the prep work and the IRS caught it. And to add insult they also charged me $189 for their service. These people DO NOT know what they are doing. If you're looking for a "cheap" tax prep go elsewhere.

I had seen other tax preparers here in years past, but prefer to stick with Don. Several years ago, there was a slight issue with my locals going to the wrong municipality. Went into First National Bank in Canfield, Ohio to cash a check drawn on this bank. The teller refused to cash the check as it was for 2500.00 stating they do not cash checks for an amount over 2,000.00 even though they are the account holder's bank. I was stunned as I had never heard of this. The teller began arguing with me and just repeating this is company policy. I demanded to speak to the manager. Eventually the manager appeared. The manager had an extremely disrespectful attitude from the beginning and insisted there are no laws where they must cash any check. Sounding ridiculous, I told her I was leaving, and I will take this up with your corporate office. Her response was, good get out. Again, this is the branch manager. I looked online and discovered she is correct. In the USA, banks don't have to cash checks for anyone. I called back to apologize for my ignorance. She refused to come to the phone. I did tell the person to whom I was speaking that I was still placing a comment on google and calling the corporate office about this. I attempted to call their corporate office. The publicized phone number hangs up on a non-customer. I called two other branches. I was told other than calling that number they can't help me. Now I can clearly see why the bank maintains a less than helpful stance in this community, and the branch manager had an attitude.
