My long time go to for tax's. I know you can do tax prep on line . I appreciate that any questions I have will be answered and that there is some one that I can trust advising me . My situation falls in the mid ground , I am not the simplest ( 1 w 2 & done) more am I Bill Gates. I schedule my appointment on line and get a reduced rate. The office is clean and my taxes are done quickly. And yes if you want your refund right away they can usually do that for you. read more

I tend to be a "do-it-yourselfer" by nature, and I am typically reserved when it comes to my financial history. But I honestly have not felt so great about opening up my books and income to a professional in a very long time. First, the staff & owner (Kevin B.) are very pleasant and accommodating. They close @8PM so it is perfect for people who get off of work after 6 like me. Second, they are professional and knowledgeable about different deductions, filings, and forms you need or can use to help accurately file your tax return. Third, they are personable. Today I went into Jackson Hewitt , Anaheim location. without an appointment came in as a walk-in and I was approached kindly by the owner Kevin and was told that I can still be seen without a appointment he offered me something to drink and a snack.... :) he was so pleasant . He helped me with my taxes advance I also did not come in with my last paycheck stub he was kind enough to allow me to forward my paystub to him and he was able to print it I recommend going to this location they're very kind and very helpful. I walked in on a sunday with no appointment and the staff was amazing! I was greeted right away,offered refreshments and was in and out in less than a hour! I am very disappointed with the service I received. The lady who prepared my taxes- Breanna had some troubles with her computer, through no fault of her own- which I totally understand; what really aggravated me was that after she tried to fix the problem unsuccessfully, she decided to leave and let her coworker deal with the problem. I had to wait for an hour while her coworker was filing the taxes for some other customer. And all I needed to do was sign my tax return. I did not feel welcome and I definitely did not feel like I got my money's worth. The people who work at this office are unprofessional and unwelcoming; they definitely do not value their customers' time. I will not be returning and I advise against anyone going to this location. read more

I thought she would get upset with us but no she was very helpful and she had sooo much patience with us. If we didn't have the information on hand she would go the extra mile to get the information for us. She helped us to get the most tax refund as possible. This place use to be really good .. not anymore since Charles and the other guy retired.. the person that did my taxes this yr she did them wrong and have been trying to contact them but get no call back since they only do appointments on Saturday since it's not tax season now.. going to see if I can find a corporate office and complain or maybe the BBB .. Kevin is the Best!! I called in at 8pm and he agreed to see me, even tho I wouldn't arrive until around 8:20-8:30pm and they close at 9. I am a college student, so he was able help organize my loans, my expenses, grants/scholarships, job income, etc! Not only did he file my taxes in under an hour, but answered MANY questions I had since I just started a new job and moved from out of state. He also charged me an excellent rate! Over priced. After completing my taxes, I was shown how much my return would be. I was shocked when they tried to charge me three hundred and fifty dollars to do a simple return. I refused to pay the excessive fees. I went up the street on Anaheim and Cherry and had my taxes prepared for 80 bucks. .. I even got more money back.. read more
