I am not sure if the accountant that I met with was incompetent, a crook, or both…read more I started a business in 2016 and I went to here have them file the taxes and adjustments to my books. When making adjustments to my books for 2016 he left several items that would need to be "cleaned up" the next year. Thus, making more work for himself next year if I would be a returning customer. He also made a very concerning entry for 2017 that essentially hid thousands of dollars. I am not sure what his intention here was. There are only two reason I can think of why this would have been done: 1.) Again, creating more work for himself next year, or 2.) It was an attempt to steal. To top it all off I found several errors on the tax forms, which showed that there was very little attention to detail. Luckily I noticed this before anything was filed.

Horrible agents horrible insurance. So far have had 3 claims adjusters on my claim which has been…read moreopen for 6-7 months. No one will give me a manager's name and number to air grievances to. My insurance "agent" is only interested in pawning me off to the call center. If i had another choice i would switch but since i had a prior claim to this current one (which i never opened they opened it for me then closed it and nothing was paid out) no other insurance agency will offer me home owner's insurance. Also they only want to replace a part of my roof then send me a letter stating due to the age of my roof they are no longer covering it until i replace the whole roof. What a joke. As far as my siding damage goes they only want to replace part of my aluminum siding then paint it to match with a lesser quality product. Never ever ever ever use Allstate for anything they are the worst company i have ever delt with and every person has been less helpful than the last.

Then ghosted us as we were telling him that we couldn't afford the 300+ dollars a month they were charging for me and my husband when we initially thought it was going to be a joint policy with one charge a month.
