Receptionist was explaining my questions and the guy made zero effort to greet me, offer his assistance or show any interest. I was the only person there, his other client was gone. Would not go back. The next day I had a completely different experience at the Willoughby office, where I was greeted, advised how long I would need to wait, then, greeted by the agent, walked back to his desk...he was professional, gave great advice and showed genuine interest. It was night and day between the two locations.
