DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE!!! Take a taxi instead! They were late and after three calls and waiting 1/2 hour, it was clear that I was getting the run around. First I was told they will be 1/2 hr late because of traffic (on a Sunday in Jackson Hole?!). Second call was they will be still 1/2 hr late due to, this time, construction (again, on a Sunday in Jackon Hole?!). Third call was "the shuttle is in route to the airport. But with only one road from the airport and town, there was no Jackson Hole Shuttle nor construction to be seen from the taxi I ended up taking after waiting 1/2 hr and a very long travel day. The guy from Jackson Hole was basically lying and rather rude saying the fare was non-refundable. Other members on our tour that had used this shuttle said that they had to wait over an hour past their scheduled pickup times. On my return booking, I skipped this terribly unreliable shuttle since I had a connection through Denver that I didn't want to miss. And with upgraded seats that I paid an extra $400 for, I wasn't about to take a chance that the shuttle would show up at 5:15AM on a Saturday to take me and the Mrs. to the airport. This charge is being disputed with my credit card even though it was a non-refundable charge. Now I know why they list it as that. That way they can be as late as they want, or as I was told by an airport worker a, not show up at all. Also the hotel front desk person said that they have become unreliable. I don't like writing negative reviews, unless well earned. But looking at others' reviews, I see that my experience was not unique. I had pre-booked and prepaid for a one way pickup reservation for the airport to town for a specific time, 2:00PM departure. I arrived at the pickup location 5-10 minutes before departure time and discovered that the driver had given my seat to a walk-up rider. I mentioned my reservation and told him I had my paid receipt on hand. The driver said the van was full, but that another van would show up soon, for a departure that would leave around 2:30. A friend who works at the airport offered to give me a ride into town so I told the driver I was cancelling my reservation and wanted my fare returned to my credit card. The driver gave me the phone number to call, so I left them a message but have not had any response from the company in the four intervening weeks. Their price is reasonable (hence one star) , so I may use in the future, but I won't bother making a reservation. The reservations are meaningless and only favor the company, not the customer. read more

DANGER DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!! This shuttle service provided us with 2 very truant shuttles during our stay in Jackson. They honored walk ups with cash in hand while ignoring 100% pre-paid reservations. This was confirmed by all of the walk-on passengers who were in what was my reserved shuttle. The driver said " a new shuttle will be here in 10 minutes". 45 minutes later a new car showed up, and packed 7 passengers illegally in a 6 passenger vehicle, with a passenger just sitting on the floor without a seatbelt or restraints of any type. On top of that, the way the vehicles were driven EXTREMELY dangerously. The driver was tailgating on an ice covered road, using oncoming lanes to pass illegally, and to boot, dropped 4 people's worth of luggage into water. This is of course after the driver decided to drive on the sidewalk at the airport. Calling the shuttle company was no use, they made up excuses which I had facts to refute their claims and still nothing was done to review the situation. Despite numerous witnesses to the varied illegal actions of this shuttle service. The only course of action i can realistically pursue is filing a complaint with the Wyoming DoT as the shuttle service didn't care about their passengers wellbeing, especially since they already got their money. Horrible, and unprofessional. I prepaid for a round trip pickup at JAC, at 9:30 pm. After two full vans left us the third van available, ignored me, and filled up the van with unreserved travelers, only if they had "cash" only. No regard for a prepaid reservation, left us in -4 degree cold on the curb with bags and skis... DO NOT USE THEM....call one of the many private taxi services available as they are local resident, reputable drivers. read more

Booked and paid $106 in full online and in advance for roundtrip for two passengers from Jackson airport to Teton Village on MLK weekend. Arrived and called when there were no cars/vans on site at the airport, and we were told they "cancelled" our trip because their "rates changed". Funny - they didn't call or email to share that news and didn't refund my money. Still fighting for the refund. Wish I'd seen the reviews. They were over 20 minutes late to pick us up from the airport. We had actually called a few hours before to see if we could get an earlier pickup, they said it wouldn't be possible but then they didn't even make it to our scheduled time. My sister left an expensive pair of sunglasses in the car, we called immediately and they were unhelpful and promised a call back that never came. We called over 24 hours in advance to make our return trip for a later time, they said they couldn't do that since they needed 24 hour notice which we were giving them??? Do not recommend at all. Take an uber or one of the shuttles that waits outside the airport. read more

DO NOT USE!!!!!! Wish I had of read these reviews before booking with them. Booked and prepaid for 7 people only to have to wait for over 2 hours and still not get on a shuttle. Rang to complain about the wait and was told the usual "The shuttle is 10 mins away etc etc" other people at the airport were told the same thing. Ended up getting taxis for our group. Rang the guy the next day and he was rude and arrogant. He said there was no refund and we should have got on one of the shuttles. Not so easy when there were 30 or so other people trying to get on the same shuttle. The driver of the shuttle didn't have a list of bookings and didn't want to see our booking confirmation. Seemed to prefer taking people who were paying cash on the spot! On our return trip the shuttle never turned up either and once again had to book taxis in order to make our flights. This guy should be investigated by the police because the way this business treats it's customers is criminal!!! Wish I had read the reviews. NEVER considering using them. I booked a round trip from Jackson airport to the Ride2Fly garage across the street from our hotel. Inbound, our flight diverted and we were much later than expected. I don't of course blame them but when we called we were told the van would be there and it wasn't. We waited but eventually just paid a shuttle at the airport to take us to town. The worst is that when I called to confirm the return service the dispatcher was incredibly rude on the phone and then in my follow up email. Since we selected the Ride2fly, it wasn't suitable for pickup with skis. It's some locals only program with a slightly reduced rate. Their website didn't mention anything about this, it was one of the few destination choices allowed in their online checkout. So we cancelled, are now disputing the charge with the credit card company and ended up paying for a ride back to the airport as well. I should have noticed that their dispatch # was a cell phone and their email was gmail. Not a professional organization at all. Horrific service, rude and I can't tell you strongly enough never consider using them. read more

These people are very unreliable. I prepaid for a ride from the airport and they left without me and would not return to pick me -- telling me to take a taxi for an additional $40.00. They said they would return my payment but they never did. Save yourself some aggravation and money and do not use this so called service -- you will just be cheated out of your money and end up taking a taxi anyway! One more star than they deserve. The driver arrived 45 minutes later than scheduled to pick us up from the airport, no explanation or apology. He took us to his van which is nothing like what they display on the website. It was a battered white van. He loaded our luggage and left us sat in the van with the doors open ( it was around 20f and snowing ) whilst he went to chat and look for other potential customers. When we got to our hotel he couldn't open the back doors because they were frozen. That is the sort of thing that happens when it's below freezing and snowing. In short absolutely terrible. Absolute scam. Pre booked and tried to use them to and from airport. On the way in it 2.5 hours for 6 of us to get picked up. We called several times and their lies varied from the driver could not find us to the shuttle is stuck in the snow. After telling people our story during our trip we found many similar stories on different days. Basically, just assume if they say the driver will be there in 5 mintues it could be 3 hours or never. On the way back I tried to use them again to save $20 on taxi but they left me in front of hotel 45 min past my time for pickup. Lucky I was smart enough to call a taxi. No I have to call credit card company and get refund. If it was $100 more for a taxi I would pay it! Unless you love anxiety stay away from these people. read more

The number you call will get you to an ignorant man who gives you no help and a lot of grief. Bought a round trip ticket and was told the day of my return the shuttle must be booked 24 hours in advance despite no mention of that anywhere. No refund. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Scheduled a shuttle online for 1 PM. Walked outside at 1 looking for a white shuttle that says "Jackson Hole Shuttle" didn't see it so I figured it left before I got there. Waited until 1:30 still nothing.... Found someone to ask and they said a guy would come in 20 min. Still nothing... Called the number and they said the driver would call when he got there. Very rude and hung up on me. Didn't get a call until 2:15 that someone was there. read more

I am not one to write negative reviews, and I am almost always willing to endure a little discomfort for the sake of a cheaper travel option, but this is just not worth it. I wasn't able to book a reservation on the website because my airline didn't come up in the drop-down, so I called the number listed. The person who answered barked at me to make the reservation online and hung up on me before I could tell him that I had already tried that. I called back again, got the same response, and had to yell "Please don't hang up on me again," in order to get my point across. He asked what time my flight was leaving, I told him, and he said, "Sounds good, we'll be there." I asked if he needed my name or any other information to confirm the reservation and he said, "No, just don't be late," and hung up on me again. I show up at the pick-up point 15 minutes early and the reservation time passes by without anyone showing up. I call 10 minutes later to ask where my ride is, only to have them insist that they didn't have a reservation on the books for that time. I insisted that I had made a reservation, and they begrudgingly said they would send someone to pick me up. In short, everyone I dealt with from the company was rude and unprofessional, making a "reservation" is futile, and you'll likely end up late for your flight. I would rather pay triple for a taxi to get back to town than book a return trip with them. read more

I would definitely NOT recommend this company for transportation to and from the airport. I would give them zero stars if I could... We had a paid reservation we had booked weeks in advance for a pick up at 10 am to catch our flight. I even called to confirm the pick up since we didn't get any reminder calls. They said no problem, someone will be there at that time. On the day of the pick up we waited 20 minutes and watched two other shuttles pick people up down the street and drive off without us. After calling the company we were told someone was coming. A shuttle did show up in a few minutes but it was packed with people and luggage and there was no room for us on board. The driver didn't know what to do and handed the phone with his boss on the other end to us. The man on the phone was happy to refund our money rather than fix the problem of how we were going to get to the airport. We had to find alternate transportation to the airport even after we had reservations. I will not be using this company again, they are unprofessional, unorganized, and have really bad customer service. I also heard other incidents where people were asked to pay the driver even after they had booked online. Find another shuttle service or call a cab. They are more reliable and more organized than this awful organization. read more

I called Jackson Hole Shuttle and they told me to book online. I then went online at about 11 o'clock at night and booked a shuttle for the next day. My flight the next day was delayed for mechanical reasons and I was going to miss my shuttle. I did not know what time I was going to be able to arrive, so I was just going to take a taxi to my destination. I called Jackson Hole Shuttle to try to cancel my trip and get refunded. They told me that there was a no refund policy on the shuttles within 24 hours. I had booked my shuttle inside of 24 hours and and I was not made aware of this policy (it does not say it on the website either). I made the representative aware that I was cancelling approximately 6 hours prior to my scheduled shuttle time. Not only was I rejected, the man on the phone was completely rude and obstinate. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me that there are no exceptions. I asked for his name and he would not tell me. This is a terrible company that has no interest in anything but your money. Use them only as a last resort if you are REALLY desperate. As I learned too late there are much better taxi options. read more

Horrible! I booked a round trip from the airport to White Buffalo Club for a mother/daughter trip. I used to live here so I know the area. After waiting 25 minutes for the van to leave, we finally got on our way. We passed our hotel twice in downtown Jackson and then the driver was about to turn left to go towards Teton Village and I said "Are you going to take us to the White Buffalo Club?" The driver nodded and turned his blinker from turning left to right then took us to the Painted Buffalo Inn. I told him this isn't the right hotel. He finally got us to the hotel. If I hadn't known where I was, we would have wound up in the Teton Village. I called today to cancel our reservation for tomorrow so we don't have the same issue and the "manager" on duty was unable to refund my money for tomorrow because it was 22 hours instead of 24 hours from reservation time. I told him he needed to be aware of what happened and he said sometimes his drivers get confused and the hotel names are similar. I told him there should be some way to remedy this for just good customer service and he said he can't override the system and he would write down what happened but we should keep our reservation because we will be the last stop before the airport tomorrow and I said "like we should have been the first stop after the airport yesterday". He had no response. I would not recommend this company at all and they need to work on training their employees where they are going in the city they drive the shuttle. read more
