I had an email confirmed pick up (within minutes of triple checking a pick up for my boss) from the airport to a hotel and back. I even had confirmed phone calls. But between reservations and dispatch the times were always screwed up and on both trips the driver was a no show. Im lucky I'm not fired for their mismanagement. The main dispatch line would ring forever with no answer and I never knew if my voicemails were being picked up. The website looks official and they even tout an app for faster service but don't let these shiny objects detract you from their failed actual service which did not exist. I only used this company because the conference my boss was attending listed them as 1 of 3 that participants should employ. I should have went with any of the other 2. I will not use them again. Hopefully they will find other drivers and as the company grows the business will get better.

I made it known early in the ride that I needed a receipt and he wrote a "receipt" on a piece of paper from a memo pad. I think the driver was trying to pocket cash from the company. It was incredibly sketchy. My ride was on 6 September.

When she got out to pump gas, he immediately started asking me a lot of personal questions (are you married, where are you going, how long will you be here, where are you staying). I felt very unsafe. I only got in the car because my car broke down and I don't have family here and I had no other option. I would probably walk before I rode with them again.
