Even though the freeway is right next to it we could barely hear it from our site, which was a long, cement back in opening to a hill. Lots of trees, a pool, and a small dog park. The folks who ran it were super nice and helpful as well which is very important to me. I'd stay here again if we were over that way.

This is one of those tours you want to schedule when you first get to Laurel. It gives you a jist…read moreof the town. I booked a tour for 2 on their website. You do not pay online, you pay in person once you arrive for the tour. You meet on a corner in the downtown area of Laurel. The golf cart we rode sat 7 people plus the tour guide. We loaded up on the golf cart and off we went. We stopped at many spots including Scotsman General Store to see the items for sale and into the shop where lots of the Home Town show is filmed. The tour guide assisted with taking photos of my mom and I infront of the iconic blue Scotsman pickup truck. We drove over to the Laurel Mercantile for a quick visit. We got our photo taken infront of the outside wall of the store where another blue pickup truck is located. We drove around the streets lined with older homes that were revamped in the Home Town show. This was my favorite part hearing about the homes and work that went into them. We even got to see a few homes under construction that Erin and Ben are working on for upcoming shows. The tour lasted about an hour and we were dropped off back at the same city corner. This gives you a good incite of the town and a starting point for your further adventures while visiting.

I've been gyming here for nearly 4 years now, and I've seen constant improvements. I'm assuming in the next 4 it will be called planet fitness instead. Gotta few tanning beds if you tired of looking like marshmellows, if you can't tone it, tan it. The free weights are really nice, they fit in your palm in a way that is very comfortable. As a normal gym it gets pretty crowded around 5:30-6. They also don't care if you come in there after your pre-gym cigarette, won't say a thang! Seems to be a good group of workers there, and the owner is a purty nice guy. In ending my review I can say this place has changed my life. I used to have dominos on speed dial, 5:01, right after work I was calling in for pizza. Now at 5:01, I'm lacing up my brooks and heading to 24/7 to get fit. My fiancé left me after I hit the 500 pound mark, and now that I'm down to a strapping 218, I got females flocking left, right, back and center. Thanks 24/7 for getting me all deez baddies!
