They each took the initiative to assist me, and I sincerely appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. We usually go in for Monsters, Taquitos or Slurpees. They used to always have the banana flavor stocked in the Slurpee machine but as of the last few times I've been in it has been some off flavor (this time it was mango/peach). Being hung up on while trying to manage an important prescription is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the level of care being provided. Patients should not have to deal with uncertainty, lack of communication, and disrespect when it comes to their medication. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this situation, including what steps your team will take to ensure this does not happen again to other patients. It should have been communicated last week that the medication might not be available, allowing me to make other arrangements. While you may be dependent on your supplier, patients should not be placed in the same position due to poor communication and lack of transparency.
