Joseph at the self-checkout and Diane in the cosmetics department both demonstrated exemplary customer service. They each took the initiative to assist me, and I sincerely appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Sometimes it can be difficult to find someone when you need assistance, but on this particular day, they noticed I could use a hand and stepped in without hesitation. Their thoughtfulness and genuine care made my shopping experience so much easier. Words can't fully express my gratitude. Joseph and Diane are outstanding examples of what excellent customer service should look like, and I hope they receive the recognition they truly deserve.

They usually have great options and often carry new items I haven't seen at other stores. Although I didn't find the item I was specifically looking for, I was able to pick up a few other good items. I also met a couple of nice customers who were searching for lamb, which made the experience a little more enjoyable. Bri, the cashier, provided great service--pleasant, efficient, and friendly. Sadly, friendly interactions with cashiers here can sometimes be hit or miss, so her positive attitude definitely stood out.

He said "Can you move, Im trying to do my work?" I said, "But I'm your customer. He told me to get out of the store. I continued shopping and he said you can shop all you want but you're not leaving with anything and threatened to call the cops. Cursing and all at me. When going to check out he refused his cashier to tender me and I said lets call the cops. He called them, they came and basically the outcome is that it's private property and he can have anyone leave the store. I highly recommend to NOT shop at this location (Fernley). Vince should not be a manager and will lose customers with his unprofessionalism towards customers left and right. I believe the police force is going to get tired from all his calls as I was informed my call in wasn't the first. So I was banned for that day. Do you really think I want to return Vince. This came up, and I was excited to see it was in the newer shopping center which is a great stop either coming to or from Fallon. My coworker and I ordered two chicken tacos, which were perfect, plus one of the best horchatas. All about $15.00. The second time around, same scenario stopped for a work lunch. I wanted to try something different so I went with the quesabirria tacos. First off, the cashier was too busy chatting it up with his friend to help those of us in line. There was a lot of staff walking around making it feel like we were in the way. The horchatas was amazing, but the tacos themselves had parts of fat (which is the worst for me). On the plus side, I saw they had single chocolate mazapan (as I previously saw a large box of them). My coworker and I enjoyed the treat. I might consider going elsewhere for the next Fernley/Fallon visit.

They want to become a active part of our community and since I have lived here for 41 years this makes me happy. Esme enjoys giving the kids that come in a treat, she has learned her customers names and will address you when you enter the store. It has three access points - two on Main Street and one located to the rear of the parking lot. It is always crowded with people buying gas, going to RedBox, going into the store and then the people on foot. Very rarely have I gone in and there isn't a line and both cashiers are working like crazy to get everyone in and out quickly. Haven't tried any pizza or the new hot food additions. We usually go in for Monsters, Taquitos or Slurpees. They used to always have the banana flavor stocked in the Slurpee machine but as of the last few times I've been in it has been some off flavor (this time it was mango/peach). I will continue to goto this location as it is the only one in Fernley so I have no option to drive a few miles in any direction to hit up another one. **UPDATE (9/18/17) Been coming to this location for 20+ years.
