I'm only giving two stars because I've been going to Trade Secrets for 10 years and have never had…read morean issue until today. I went in to have my eyebrows cleaned up. I specifically told the girl I did not want a new shape I just wanted the stray hairs to be cleaned up, it's what I always ask for. I sat in the chair for almost 30 minutes, so I knew something was going on. Normally I'm in and out within 10 minutes. When the girl handed me the mirror to have a look I was horrified. She didn't listen to me at all. My usually thick eyebrows were replaced with skinny brows. She asked me if it was ok, and I told her no, it was too skinny and tried hard not to cry or yell. While to some it might just be hair and it will grow back, but I put a lot of importance on brows, they frame a face and this is not what I asked for. I give them kudos for not charging me for it, this was appreciated because she realized she messed up. This experience has tainted my 10 year patronage to this establishment. I'm not sure how this girl got her license or a job for that matter because it was clear that she did not have enough experience in waxing or listening to what a client wants. I hope in time she can improve and master her skills, but until then she should not be working on clients. Lesson learned, I will not return here to have my eyebrows done and will do them myself from now on.
