I was in to see about a product or two at the Shoppers at 310 Fairway Rd. S. in Kitchener. It was a busy Senior's Day and the attractive lady in the skin care/beauty dept. was very busy attending to several customers. Even so, she cheerfully came to assist me and answered any questions I had about the products. This lovely, caring and knowledgeable lady was Christa Egi. That day, I became a regular at that Shoppers (even though I have closer stores), because of who Christa Egi is and how she so professionally represented her Shoppers store and its products.

Myself, and everyone I know that's been to this pharmacy have had a terrible experience every single time. They're disorganized and have 0 concept of time management. Customer service skills are subpar at best, and the pharmacist owner is quite rude in my opinion. For the actual store itself, I'm often confused by the stickers on the shelf as they don't line up with the products and the stickers placed for Optimum Points are confusing and conflicting of each other. I can never find an employee besides the one girl who's working the makeup counter at the time, and not a single one of them is actually able to help. I asked to checkout there once because the main checkout was long, she wasn't doing anything, and I was buying shampoo and conditioner as well as feminine hygiene products. She refused to check me out and made me wait in the long line. I did attempt this once more and the girl did check me out, but rolled her eyes at me and seemed very annoyed I was asking her to do something for me that she gets paid to do. The worst ever experience I've had here was a few winters ago. As I was exiting the store, I slipped in a puddle from the melted snow (right inside the store at the exit), and I did minorly injure myself. I went inside to tell the girl at the checkout and turns out she saw the whole thing and was laughing at me. I told her they might want to clean it or put a mat before someone gets seriously hurt, and she blatantly told me to just be more careful. I didn't pursue charges because I simply couldn't be bothered, but I wish I did.

It's a disgrace .

So they have now a brand new store front with the hole works of Pharmacy, Mini Grocery Store, Cosmetics etc. Went there the other day and actually was really surprised about the amazing price on butter and cold cuts!! Haven't seen such a good price anywhere else...not sure if it was just a sale or not...

I'm so glad I stumbled across this Rexall!…read more I was in the area to grab a burrito for lunch when I noticed it and thought I'd stop by. The store is clean, organized, the staff are very polite and helpful, and I was surprised by the variety of items it carried. I found the aisles to be a bit narrow, but it wasn't a problem because the store wasn't busy, there are arrows on the ground, and people were following the arrows. Prices are regular drugstore prices (a bit pricer than Walmart but not by a lot). The parking lot is huge, and the area is quite easy to navigate if you're driving. Looking forward to stopping by again when I need a burrito next door!

That is a very confusing and slow place to get your drugs. No staff here cares about you. I arrived to pickup at 6:15 pm and the attendant told me that it wasn't ready. Long story short, they made me wait another 30 minute.

We were treated by a woman who seemed very put out by us bothering her while she continued to eat her sandwich and speak to us with gross mouthfuls. Not only was she I'll mannered but her customer service skills were awful! My husband and I were so angry, we stormed out. She was rude, arrogant, and 30 years ago, would've been fired! I will never go there again for anything , even though I live in the country and that's closest.

I asked the pharmacy tech for help and she practically spit in my eye. Three or four boxes of the necessary, bottom shelf, across from the pharmacy. Kid at checkout equally nasty. They want 40 cents for a cheap bag that advertises the store. That or they push your purchases across the counter at you. That's 45 cents, with tax, for something that must cost them less than 5 cents. Got a lecture from the kid about the environment, no extra charge! I was caring for the environment when his mommy was using 'disposable' diapers on him. They're still in a landfill somewhere. And so should this store be. Later learned that this store has been losing customers to an independent on the west side of town at the rate of several per day. That's where I'll go next time. Shame on you, Galen Weston.
