They demonstrated disrespect not only to me but also to my vehicle warranty company while attempting to process a warranty claim for my car. After waiting for many hours to resolve my warranty claim, it remained unresolved due to the lady's poor customer service. Ultimately, a supervisor intervened and resolved the issue, as they had threatened to retain my vehicle for five days pending warranty settlement, despite already possessing the claim number.

This poor car was just covered in Oklahoma red dirt. Joseph made it look fresh like it did when we bought the car at the dealership. WOW!! Our family is thoroughly impressed because Joseph also made scheduling easy. He gave me a number of days and times he was available and I discussed when we needed our car clean. We both got to agree on the time right for both of us AND he was on time to the minute. We were so thrilled! I will absolutely use Joseph's services again. Tried calling & voicemail said "not set up yet" Very disappointing!! Should have known sounded too good to be true!! UPDATE: Received call 1 1/2 hrs late and on way. Will see how it goes. 2ND UPDATE: HOUR 15 MIN LATER: Still no show, this is awful, I don't want to do business with someone that is not dependable.
