I was able to choose my installation date and time and Anna was easy to work with. Paul arrived slightly after our scheduled time but got immediately to work. He was very pleasant to talk with and explained everything he was doing and got my approval on positioning before continuing. He made sure to ask questions and understand the changes to our water system before getting into the job. He cleaned up his work area and took all of the trash with him. The pipes look good, the water heater looks good and I couldn't be happier. He even asked if I wanted the insulation put back on the exposed pipes and put it back better than he found it. Such a waste of money, this is terrible customer service.
