My dog doesn't even look back at us when we drop her off here. She enjoys her day here. I appreciate the photos that are posted of my dog's day at day care. I was in the area for a month and needed boarding and daycare during the month. I felt safe leaving my dog here while I was out of town. The boarding service was so great we decided to bring her for daycare. The price and service are exceptional compared to a few overpriced places I've used in major metropolitan areas with me leaving wondering if they even know my dog's name. We also booked grooming here after boarding. They did a great job. We have also used their "refresher" service after a daycare day. I highly recommend. $25 and my pup came so fresh and so clean, clean.

When dropping him off I told the person at the counter not to shave him totally and the girl looked at my friends account on the computer and told me that she understood because there were notes saying how to clip him. My friend came at 4:30 to pick up her dog and was told they hadn't started working on him yet! She waited 30 minutes until they were done. When they brought him out to go home it was a real chop job, the ridges from the clipper were visible from the side it was obvious that certain areas were shaved unevenly. The hair on the head and around the ears was chopped with no attention to detail. She was shocked and spoke to the owner about how awful the job was and asked for a partial refund, at least for the tip given. The owner said she would get back to her and never did. I have clipped and shaved my own dogs at home and know I could've done a better job!

I was called and told she had hookworm She's now on medication Since they are highly contagious called to let Animal house know and they said sorry to hear that No no one else has reported hookworm. .My dog's only contact with other dogs is there. Plus I believe others should have been notified to.test their dogs.I do know from watching their camera that their kennels are washed down but in open social areas anything can happen.

He also was the calmest I've seen him ever leave a groomer before. They also groomed my long haired cat! It was my first time trying it and she looks so nice! Her fur is extra soft too and I also loved that they work with cats but much like anxious dogs, told me they wouldn't push a cat's groom if they were too stressed about it. She also was absolutely fine coming home too. Just all around a wonderful place that I'm lucky to have near me! I was being friendly, smiling and trying to be social. They made me wear a mask while none of them did. The vet told me my puppy needs to be bathed. I just took him to the groomer. He is a puppy, he literally rolls in the yard and acts crazy. He has just rolled around before we went there. I groom my dogs regularly and treat them like babies. I am looking for a new vet now.

Due to corona, you have to wait in your car and call them on the phone to let them know of your arrival. A vet assistant will come outside to your car to have you fill paperwork, answer questions, take payment, etc. Only one person is allowed inside the clinic. You can also choose to let the vet assistant take your puppy inside while you wait in the car! My puppy is always greeting the staff with loads of hyper energy and a wagging tail so you know they're great people! The staff is super friendly and sweet. They were patient about answering my many many new dog mom questions. They also handed flea samples and a folder filled with informational pamphlets. It's pretty helpful to keep all your doggo's information in one place. I highly recommend everyone to come here.

Long story short...I had my dog at the Animed clinic to get a monthly steroid injection, but they…read moredidn't have the drug. They called around and Shoreline had it. Rather than have Shoreline transport it to Animed it was agreed that I would drive directly to Shoreline and they would give my dog the shot. When I got to Shoreline the receptionist was expecting us. BUT, the receptionist told me that I would have to wait for an exam on my dog because they couldn't just give him the shot. I explained to her that this had all been discussed by the doctors and that my dog had just had an exam within the last half hour. She simply refused to accept or consider what I was saying and actually talked down to me. I waited over an hour for Dr Slater to see my dog. When I talked to her she waived the exam and then two of the techs who had been standing around the receptionist desk for the last hour gave my dog his shot. The receptionist could have made the experience so very much easier if she had just listened. Instead, she used my dog's life saving medication as leverage to make me wait. I will never go back there again.

He checked all their lumps and bumps and made sure they were of no concern. He gave us realistic pain management options and explained things in layman's terms. I really liked him and will continue to use this vet until he leaves the area. Pricing was the most reasonable in the area. That I was irresponsible and careless because I allowed my one indoor dog to remain un-neutered? Any shots that I had from other clinics in the area they claimed were invalid and strongly recommended that I start rounds of shots all over again before they would let me register the critters on base. When my long-haired dog was microchipped the incision area was neither shaved not sanitized with alcohol, just implanted without any safety precautions. There was no infection and this was the one instance of them not treating the animals well but it was enough for me.

My dog, Nala, has done overnights with Pawville (including an extended stay) and daycare. All experiences have been awesome and I'm so grateful that I found a place where I feel comfortable taking my dog. This place has a ton of pros so I HIGHLY recommend it! Pros: -Super friendly staff who are great with animals -Affordable prices (I usually drop my dog off around 7 am when she does daycare and I don't get back until almost 7 pm and it's only $18 for the WHOLE day) -Great discounts (10% off daily for military and 15% off for extended stay - and those discounts can be combined!) -Daily report card to get updates on your pup and pictures (love the updates) -If your dog does overnights and needs medication, they administer it to your pup at no extra cost! -My dog comes home feeling happy and refreshed (and actually sleeps through the night) -Overall, just a wonderful place...if I didn't work an hour in the opposite direction, I would take Nala to daycare a lot more because she loves it so much! This establishment is wonderful! My husband and I were vacationing in Topsail Beach for a few days and had to find somewhere for our fur children to stay. We decided on Pawville and we were very pleased with how everything went. Our cats have always been with with us, so this wasn't super easy for them, but the girl at the front desk was so kind and patient and did everything to help us get our fur babies situated! This place is tidy & clean and it smells fresh as soon as you walk in! Everything about this place runs smoothly and I was so comfortable with leaving my pets in the care of the 2 girls I met! We are regular customers that bring our two dogs to both the surf city and the Jacksonville locations. Both are run by the same owner and the staff shifts between the two locations. When we heard that one location was completely booked we were more than happy to utilize the Jacksonville location. Newly opened Jacksonville location, the owner, Phil is always around or available to offer advice or answer questions. They are more than willing to flex to help customers. They even put pictures of your pet online to show you how m fun they are having. Our dogs love it there! They offer very competitive pricing and unlike at other companies,attention and love for your pet doesn't come as an extra charge. I took my dog for her first grooming appointment at Pawville today. Kirsten couldn't have impressed me more. She sat down with me and wrote notes of specific grooming details I wanted done. She sat on the floor and got to know Presley first. I loved that. I also find comfort in knowing they don't overbook themselves with other grooming appointments. There's only one animal groomed at a time so animals aren't overwhelmed and can have one on one time. I wish I would have known about Pawville sooner. When I picked Presley up she didn't seem as spastic as she usually is after grooming. She was more calm and it put my little heart at ease. We will be back every 4-6 weeks! While away we received progress reports with pictures of our pup, this gave peace of mind and helped us relax while on vacation. Most definitely will we be using Pawville again! Not only for boarding, but for grooming as well! I love Pawville. Their cat boarding rooms are amazing. Big and spacious, some bigger than others and with windows. Other boarding places in the area have very small rooms/space for cats and close to dogs where it is very loud, but the Jacksonville Pawville has a peaceful area and the rooms are wonderful. The staff makes me feel comfortable leaving my Bella (cat) there, which reduces my worrying. They send report cards with pictures and comments just about every day, which helps lessen our worry because we can see our babies are fine. I love that. I would most definitely recommend! The Jacksonville Pawville and its associates have been fantastic to work with and beyond accommodating to our family's needs; each of our five dogs have made this place their second home and they look forward to going back each time. I switched my puppy here a few months ago because she was never tired and i never saw her play at previous daycare. She loves Pawville...she jumps out of the car, she loves all the workers and they have a live feed all the time..if in daycare they play all day...they don't kennel them for a break. I like that you have to reserve so they don't get too full amd i love their prices and that they offer a half day price. They are also all friendly and always happy..happy workers, happy customers read more

The care and consideration for my dogs is awesome here at Pawville! SO glad they are in Jacksonville now too! Both my dogs always come home and go right to nap time; daycare is so exciting! This facility is clean, organized, and I really like that they have a window access to their indoor play area so you can watch the dogs playtime. They have an indoor play area! This is the only place I board my cats. I love that the cats have a designated area built especially for them and they are not kept in cages. Most places I visited before this one looked like they were built for dogs and the cats were just thrown in as an after thought. Even the dogs rooms I have seen are clean and nice. read more

My girl doesn't typically board well. She loses weight, her hair is dull, and she isn't herself for days after pick up. NOT HERE! She is happy, healthy, and excited to get dropped off each time! My lab has major separation anxiety and my shepherd is very dog reactive to anyone who isn't her brother. I was able to watch my dogs have an absolute blast with the staff at buddies throught their pixtures on Facebook! Running around, playing! Not cowering in fear or aggression like I was worried about. When we came back to pick them up, they slept the whole drive home! It was like they were at "kids camp" and were all tuckered out! Thank you Buddies! I called multiple places and no one picked up their phone except Town & Country Pet Center…read more They were able to take my puppy in right away. I dropped him off around 1p and he was ready at 3p. The prices were reasonable and there was a small fee for credit card. They had treats and toys displayed on their walls that are for sale. There's a small patch of green grass on the side of the store to take your pups to go potty. Please remember to pick up after your pet people! Customer service was very friendly and my pup came back smelling so good! Also gave him a cute little tie.

The groomer did not cut her snout area and tail even at all. Her face looks raggedy and jagged, making her look more a Schnauzer than either of her breeds. This makes me upset and I will be looking for a new groomer because this is not cool. My experience most other times have been somewhat decent but this one definitely takes the cake for me.

It's a small mom and pop operation, which, in my opinion, is the reason why the place runs so smoothly, and the dogs look forward to going there.

I have had to fog my house, powder my carpets and throw out her dog beds. Brought this up to the pet Ranch, ZERO response. I am still in the flea fight with no end in sight. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my Kingston. And they updated me with pictures and comments every single day as to his comfort and well-being. Sadly , Kingston passed away just a month after that, and when I called them and notified them that I would have to cancel this Thanksgiving boarding appointment, they were most empathetic and loving. And then today I got a package with the rainbow bridge story as well as a beautiful card with everyone who attended to Kingston, just that one week , with memories and signatures. What a top-notch family and a fabulous business. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Oh loving boy Remus ended up here in his time of need and we were blown away from how sincere and…read morecaring the entire staff was. Remus put up an amazing fight but unfortunately ended up crossing to the other side. During the process they gave us as much time we needed with him and made it such an overall loving experience. We will NEVER forget their generosity to our boy and us during this emotional time. Afterwords, they presented us his ashes in the most beautiful way possible. Remus got to come home with us for the last time and it truly felt like it.
