There are plenty of doctors in this city offering concierge care, but before asking patients to pay more, the basics of follow-up, communication, and respect for patients' time should already be in place. Dr. Chuang always seems to be in a hurry. Each patient is entitled to 15 minutes of her time and each visit is for one consultation.
