I've been coming to this place now for a few years, and has always been a top-notch experience. The only bad thing is parking can be limited, so if you do have an appointment I suggest getting there earlier than you would normally so you can find a place to park. Inside, the lobby is warming and vining, they have a digital signboard so you can find your doctor without a problem plus elevators and a staircase if you desire to walk up the stairs. The check-in area is very spacious and nice and all of the girls at the front counter are super friendly making it a very nice check-in experience. The actual doctor's rooms are neat and clean as they should be and feel very comforting rather than just a sterile environment. Bottom line? If they are a part of your insurance network, I highly suggest coming here. Because it is a great way to make an unpleasant experience more comfortable.

That is the reason for my visit today. Sometimes we tend in think we feel fine, but there might be small things wrong that can lead to monster issues. Valhalla Wellness is just the place where I feel comfortable as a patient and with the doctors to explore this. When I walked into the office the front staff greeted me and I was so impressed at how the feel and atmosphere of the office is. The office is very clean and nicely done. I did not wait long for the doctor, actually I was still filling out the paperwork when they called. I finished the said paperwork in the room while talking to the office assistant. I came in for a wellness evaluation. I found this business looking for a second opinion. While I am not seeking my second opinion here I did ask the doctor to evaluate the notes from my primary physician, and he looked them over during the visit too. After the appointment I now have more knowledgeable to continue the journey to wellness and actually make it. I guess we cannot fight fate, but we can give her a reason to go slower or stay away for a time. I didn't even get a chance to ask any questions, which felt dehumanizing. Neither did he even notice that I was flagged for *Pre-Diabetes** on my blood test (huge concerning indicator for me, since I have family history of Diabetes)!!! That being said, this is a 5 star review because Nurse Ina and the front desk supervisor, Angie, turned this horrible experience into an amazing one. Angie comforted me as I was crying over the experience and with the advice from Nurse Ina, did everything in her power to help resolve the situation. She went above and beyond! I left that Doctor consultation on the verge of tears and then left the office crying happy ones. I was so ready to find a new Dr's office, but Angie and Nurse Ina (who deserve a raise!) were so spectacular that I am absolutely excited for my next appointment. Thank you to Angie and Nurse Ina. I sincerely hope that you are rewarded by upper management for the kindness and care you treated me with. If it weren't for you, I would no longer be a patient. The doctor seemed competent but the staff was horrible. The girl tasked with scheduling for testing takes days to get back to you. Several times she never even called me to advise of follow up tests. They scheduled me an appointment to see their surgeon. He wanted to see me just to inform me that I didn't need surgery at this time. I am sure he billed the insurance company a bunch for that 3 minute appointment. Nevada Heart and Vascullar is much better and much more professional. Changed insurance so I can go back to them.

The patients here are always trying to get more meds, yelling at the front desk staff, or complaining about their "super expensive" ($25-$50) co-pay. Just be glad your butt has insurance. If I get hurt, I'm sh*t out of luck or up to my eyelids in debt. We met with my mother's psychiatrist and he seemed almost completely detached. I guess in his line of work, eventually it all starts to run together. And yes, it's important to separate yourself from your patient's issues, or you end up having issues eventually as well. But he really just seemed like he would rather be running errands or doing his laundry then be forced to sit and listen to my mother's problems.

Now and again we need a heart check up so that blockages don't happen. On a recent heart scan my primary doctor found an artifact. I have used other locations with this practice, but this time around I'm a new patient. It's not just the heart valve that needs a check it's the blood flow between the veins as it returns back to the heart. It's truly intriguing how life tends to go in an individuals favor. Let me explain. As a patient this time around, my complaint is with veins and perhaps a blockage somewhere. The doctor that I was referred to is a vein specialist. Go figure on those odds. They are going to run lots of tests to determine what the issue is. My chief complaint is pain in the lower limbs which co insides with blood flow through the body and it not producing enough oxygen to get it where it needs to be. Failure is not an option. The specialists here specifically focus on the heart and vein system return. You are in great hands putting your trust in their hands. I was referred to one doctor, yet I received bills from 4 doctors. I was quoted a price and billed quadruple the price. I was told after all this that everything is fine, yet I'm not sure I believe it as they seem to only be interested in the bottom line. I was referred to Nevada Heart & Vascular by my regular doctor. I received a quote for services that were under $350, which I agreed to because I had the funds in my FSA to cover the costs. Apparently their quote didn't include much of anything as the final bill was over $1,900. Despite the shocking bill, which I received in December of 2024 for services rendered in November, I promptly paid it. I was shocked when I received an additional bill in April 2025, saying I owed more money and I had 7 days to pay or they would send me to collections. I followed up with their billing department and my insurance and my understanding is that they resubmitted for more money 4 months after my visit AND after everything had already been paid in full. Apparently, this practice didn't make enough in 2024 and decided to go back and re-bill patients 4 months later in an attempt to get more money. How this is NOT fraud, I don't understand. I would stay away from Nevada Heart & Vascular. Repeated attempts to get anyone to return a phone call from his office have not been successful.

Instead of them ordering a biopsy first they pushed a treatment that was a cocktail poison that the nurse had to full mask suit up to administer thru her port. Before this new drug they forced her on cause I wasn't there and my father in law was taking her to last few appointments, she was back to 85% normal was able walk on her own take showers on her own again and even was walking across the street with no walker to speak with neighbors and pick up packages from front door to basically getting forced without a test to prove it was cancerous or cancer especially she had still brain fog going on from original treatment which she shouldnt have been allowed to make the choice on her own they should sent her home with information about it and speak with family first and then schedule appointment a week or 2 later but nope they scared her into it and in 13 days from July 14 she went from being 85% better to worse than first treatment and in our 23 year anniversary on July 19 she could barely walk anymore by July 23 she couldn't get out bed without me carrying her and by July 27 she passed away. How in 13 days she went from 85% better to passing away. You guys and your forced treatments to milk money from our health insurance killed my wife made her liver and kidneys fail. I'm really surprised at how quickly the level of care has downgraded since the grand opening that…read morewasn't too long ago! I love how quickly I am called back after checking in how friendly the staff is but I don't like misinformation and the feeling of being dismissed! The nurses seem to be running around trying to figure out what's going on! One of the nurses complained they are understaffed and the top floor of the hospital isn't even open!! So patients who are admitted may have to spend days on an uncomfortable and cold gurney in the ER! It took everything for me to get my husband to finally go to the ER for soreness and a rash that developed on his nose after being exposed to gasoline fumes at work. Things went well in the beginning. The doctor looked at his nose, asked a few questions and said he would run some tests, take some images, and prescribe something for the pain and irritation. He was a bit rushed but we trusted him! Once we were called back to a room, we never saw the doctor again!!! Every 30 to 45 minutes, I stopped a nurse to ask if they can provide Tylenol or something for my husband's pain and discomfort, each nurse said "I"ll check" and was never heard from again! He remained in uncomfortable pain for hours!! Blood was drawn although we were told they aren't equipped with the right tests for chemical poisoning! His blood came back with no traces of poisoning based on their substandard test! Then workman's comp paperwork was given to my husband, he filled it out and the doctor, with his limited knowledge, said he could not see the correlation between my husband's symptoms and exposure to harmful gas fumes! Really?!? The State of Nevada Poison Control website says differently!!! So he made the paperwork invalid!! Needless to say the doctor never followed up or even bothered to ask if we had questions! We were asked to leave the room and sit in the waiting area so they could keep the room available for new patients! The wait room was empty?!? And umm.. my husband was still a patient in need of care!! His pain wasn't a good enough reason?!? So he sat in the waiting area with a needle for an IV in his arm and was eventually discharged by the front desk?!? Needless to say, my husband did not get a prescription for the pain in his nose that spread to his upper lip and forehead, the blood test was inadequate, and the workman's comp paperwork was insufficient! And if there was any chance of me ever getting my husband to go to the doctor again, it was lost on this lengthy, disappointing, and expensive visit!! He left the same way he arrived and muttered "This was such a waste of time and money!"
