Bumper, fender, both doors, the quarter panel, even the wheels had been damaged. Dave handled everything with the insurance company fighting to ensure that the repairs would be done with factory OEM new parts rather than the "recycled" doors and aftermarket fender the shyster of an insurance adjuster tried writing my repair for. DP has done work twice for us. One time the damage was significant - I scraped the side of the car going across the Washington Cross bridge. When they fixed the damage, it looked like new. It took them a little extra time to finish the work, but it was worth the wait. The 2nd time was much simpler when my wife damaged our bumper leaving the garage. Horrible service. Woman who works the front desk is unwelcoming. I got my battery replaced for my car and they didn't complete the job and tried to tell me everything was fine when it wasn't. As soon as I drove my car off the lot my front dash board lit up. I brought it back to them and told them the job was not complete and they could care less. They "pride" themselves on being a mom and pop shop but they had worse service than the DMV. They were more than happy to take my money and caught an attitude with me for pointing out that didn't complete the job. Stay away from this place at all costs. read more

Do not listen to google and yelp reviews - my experience with this shop was horrible. Not only did it take them well over the three days the owner said they would have my car, I would call for an update and never receive a callback. When I picked up my car, they give me a bill that is higher than the estimate given when I dropped it off. Last time I checked, any shop I've been to *calls* you to get your approval for any extra work that needs to be completed. You would think dealing with an owner directly would be a pleasant experience - it was not here. The customer service is literally the worst I've ever experienced and the lack of communication throughout the process is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and learn from my mistake - take your car somewhere other than DP Autobody. read more

Yelp really came thru for me with DP Autobody. My truck came face to face with a guard rail and had damage from the front bumper back to a big divot/tear on the door's edge - ugly. After having my truck for just over 2 days, it now looks awesome, like new! The owner, Dave, handled the estimate & explained everything - even a way to save money that 2 other places missed. Recently, my girlfriend had been in an accident in her car. It is her only vehicle, and she needed it to commute to work, so right away, I was searching around for parts and a body shop. My best friend's brother had had his truck painted about 4 or 5 years ago by DP Auto Body and the paint work was fantastic and the price was very reasonable. So I decided to call them up. Dave was a very easy guy to deal with, and was happy to do the body work. Being a mechanic myself, I took the truck apart and sourced the parts. I brought Dave a hood, fender, grille, radiator support, and bumper cover. I pulled all the parts with the exception of the grille off of various vehicles, so nothing was the right color. All the body panels needed some dents pulled or scratches filled, and the bumper cover was in bad shape. I was expecting a phone call recommending that I just buy a new one. In addition to this, the shipping on the grille that I had ordered was delayed. Dave was not phased by any of this, and was the nicest guy to deal with, truly showing care for the customer and how the final product came out. The work was done very quickly, and the body guy is a magician, making the dents disappear, and he even made the bumper cover look like a brand new one. The painter is a wizard with a spray gun, and I could not believe how good the paint came out. Absolutely zero orange peel, coverage was phenomenal, and all the inside edges were faded in to make it look just as it does from the factory, I commend him on his skill. The best part was the price. Dave's prices are extremely reasonable, and the quality of work is grade A. There are six figure vehicles on the road that don't have paint as nice as the work that Dave does. Truly impressed, Dave Miller and his team are top notch, everyone was very friendly, the work is a tremendous value, very fast turn around, and the final product is beautiful. Body work is a craft that not many people are very good at, but the team at DP Auto Body are true craftsmen, I would 100% recommend them to anyone. read more
