I was really impressed with this place. The guys were SUPER nice and kept me posted every step of the way. My car was hit by multiple others when on the highway (someone ran the yield sign) and was really beat up. They worked so well with my and my insurance company to get everything fixed up and running again, for not as much money as we originally thought. When I went to pick my car up, they had washed, vacuumed, and organized some of the stuff that fell all over the place during the accident. I just had my car dropped off by Mike, Jr., one of the owners of this 30 year old family business. What fantastic customer service! I had driven over junk from builders left on Township Line Rd. 3 weeks ago. My tires were destroyed and as I cried, I held on to the wheel and drove home, fortunately close by! They had been recommended by friends who would never make that up to me. My friend's husband told me they were great in every way, and he was so right! Not only does my car look new again, but on this holiday's start, my car was delivered to my door, same as how it had been picked up! They even hook you up with Enterprise Rental and is driving their car back, so I have nothing more to do but drive my beautiful car again! I am feeling "ppppprrrritttyyyy gggooooddddd" as my idol, Larry David, is known to say when he is happy! If you have to have an accident, it is comforting knowing Yardley Auto Body is making it all better again! HORRIBLE people to deal with. We would NEVER recommend this place. We went in for an estimate on body work already having a diagnosis from the dealership for mechanical issues that we said from the start we didn't want fixed. They charged $250 for doing nothing. They didn't do any body work, didn't do any mechanical work, only gave an estimate. Though I think that was bad enough, the behavior of both Mike Sr. and Mike Jr. in handling this matter was HORRIBLE. They literally teamed up yelling in the face of their customer making threats to increase the bill to almost $500 in lot fees if we didn't pay the money in cash immediately. We have never dealt with such unprofessional, greedy, dishonest and downright nasty treatment from business owners in our lives. We will tell everyone we possibly can to avoid this place at all costs. Just utterly disgusted. read more

They "fall over backwards" to satisfy their customers and go to extremes to satisfy everyone. I took my car there to have major body work done on it. It needed a new front bumper and suspension work done. A few months later I had gotten a flat tire and the person that came out to change my tire said I had an issue with a wheel bearing. I went back to yardley auto body and Mike Sr tried telling me I needed an alignment which according to my bill was done. I said no there's something wrong with the bearing. He refused to fix it. I took it to another body shop down the road and they said it was definitely my wheel bearing. They called Yardley Auto Body and had to tell them it's good business to fix their mistake. I went back and they fixed it for me only after giving me a hard time. I did eventually need to get an alignment due to the fact that they didn't fix my car properly in the first place. In my opinion their work is shabby and sloppy. A year later I'm still finding things they didn't fix properly or fix at all. I wouldn't recommend going there even if it was the last place on earth. read more
