I did not know there was an extra charge for the oven as ours was pretty nasty, but because I had mentioned it in my initial request, and she forgot to inform me then, her son was willing to include it anyway--so I thought it a fair compromise to give half the extra charge, and they were cool with it. The cleaning crew did an amazing job with the caked-on soap scum in the shower and another tub, dusted just about everything. Missed just a few minor spots but that was on me because they gave me the chance to walk around and point out anything that was missed. Make sure you tip the ladies if you're satisfied (totally unsolicited; just the way I was raised--treat people the way you want to be treated). Great service and I would recommend them! Their page says they accept credit cards but they do not and did not make that clear till half way through the project. They also half way through the project raised the price on me. The owner also will text you at 2:46 AM yes almost 3 in the morning on your cell phone to advertise his other services that you did not contract him to do. He originally set me up to meet at 8:00 and then no showed saying he needed to move it to 3:00 pm on the day of the services. They do a great job at the cleaning but their communication skills with their clients is really need improvement.

I then called her at the beginning of March she let me know there had been a medical emergency in Febuary and that Doug would come on March 8th to measure for a bid. Unfortunatel, Doug was a no-show/call but called me the next day to let me know he would work me into his schedule. Today the 28th I called and was told maybe Doug could fit me in for a bid in April. My insurance company has been slow moving and this is why I was not too concerned about the time. However, over a month for a bid when you no-showed seems a bit much.

When it was time for Dave worn Carper Man to provide some demo of floors he did not respond to numerous texts and calls until the night before stating he didn't have the help. He said that he would however provide the material and installation but had not ordered the material and was now on COD so he was not sure how long it would take. We reached out and asked for refund so we could locate a contractor to roommate work as needed. After a couple texts and call and even a offer to accept payments we were told he didn't have the money and has since ghosted us. It is so frustrating and sad beside being against the law to take funds for a job and spend it on something other than the job. Now we have to pursue legally and file all the necessary complaints.
