I'm jumping on the bandwagon ... Jacob is the guy you want for even your SMALL hauling needs!! Within 10-mins of my text we were scheduling the pick up. It was a 2-hr window and he arrived within the first hour. As he greeted me he was accessing the area and wanted to get the job done quickly to respect my (townhouse) neighbors so he was not impacting access to their private garages. I've known for 6 months that I'd have to sell the house, so I started listening to others who've had junk removed. One of my neighbors, I wish I remember who, recommended Jacob's Junk Hauling so I wrote it down on a Post It note. I'm glad I did. His website suggests texting photos of the items to be hauled away. I'm assuming this enables him to arrive at a job site with the capacity to do the job, then & there, if the parties agree on price. SMART! I like it a lot! After I sent photos, Jacob responded within minutes. He said he'd be able to be here within the hour. 30 minutes later, Jacob sent another text advising that he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. I appreciate that, very much. His quote was fair and I accepted. He took everything I wanted to get rid of and was on his way. One more thing.
