One required…read morea referral to a Radiologist, while a second has required in office treatments on a regular basis over the past few years. I was further treated by Dr. Jacobs as a hospital outpatient on two occasions. My background and experience with Dr. Jacobs is extensive. He is absolutely everything you could want in an MD. Clearly knowledgeable, experienced and caring, he has an excellent personal manner while advising all you need to know about your situation in clear layman's language. Dr. Jacobs is a solo practitioner (a real plus for me) with, knowledgeable and professional staff backing him up. Somehow, and remarkably, I have been taken on time on my many visits. Without being overly dramatic, I believe the care of Dr. Jacobs has certainly maintained and prolonged my quality of life.

Still have not switched…read moreto electronic records and everything was hand written...have not seen that in a doctors office in a long time. Absolutely zero follow up for test results. Incompetent office....called three times to have order for test faxed to testing center and it never was. Wound up giving up and going to different doctor. Ultimately it is the doctors responsibility on how the office functions. This was a frustrating total waste of time for what turned out to be a serious medical matter. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This doctor is all business and no real interest in the health and well-being of his patients. Sad

We had been referred to him for advanced ED care. He advised I should seek another Doctor in Miami. So disappointed with this entire experience. 1 would NOT recommend this Doctor or practice.

Of course there is a wait in the office area -- Experienced urologists like Dr. B and Dr. C cannot…read morepossibly predict what happens in the examination room. Dr. B is a sensational physician -- he gives the very best advice, is patient-friendly, and has a sense of humor -- I like that in a physician. And when a patient has questions and concerns, those are addressed fully and completely without Doc B. rushing the patient which, of course, causes the next patient to wait. One should be so lucky to have a physician who cares enough to spend time with a patient in addressing all his/her medical concerns. Mary, Doc B's assistant, is an exceptional assistant. She has a sense of humor, lightens the atmosphere with her wit and friendliness, and just makes one comfortable before their exam.

I'm 81 years old and have no problems because I had this treatment. I highly recommend this Urologist office, the staff and the Doctor are 5 star in my book and unlike most Doctors offices I did not have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting area to see Dr. Michelle.
