I was in a massage room and opted for the 30 minute foot massage. She said she was going to massage my back, but I told her I was not interested in my back being massage. I told her my head face and arms and hands. The lady stated that she would do that. The massage is really good. She started on my face and moved to my head and then each arm and hand after that she moved to my foot massage which also included my calves. The difference from other reflexology places that I've been to was that there was no bucket of water that she put my feet into. I'm not exactly sure how I feel about that. It doesn't really matter one way or the other actually. It was a good massage. She did a great job.

Not only is she skilled at finding problem areas, she gently but thoroughly works them out. She listens to what you - and your body - say and leaves you feeling like you are better balanced overall when done. Whether light touch or deep muscular work is what you need, she can handle it. As opposed to many other locations I've been to, thanks to it being her personal business, there are no distracting sounds from clients coming or going from other rooms. Ryan conducted a computer assisted exam that helped pinpoint not only the point of pain I was there to treat, but other areas in my body where I was compensating and creating other imbalances. After the exam, he did the first adjustment and I felt so much better. We developed a plan of care together to help me understand the problem and the solutions and with a few more treatments I regained normal range of pain free movement.
