I was in a massage room and opted for the 30 minute foot massage. She said she was going to massage my back, but I told her I was not interested in my back being massage. I told her my head face and arms and hands. The lady stated that she would do that. The massage is really good. She started on my face and moved to my head and then each arm and hand after that she moved to my foot massage which also included my calves. The difference from other reflexology places that I've been to was that there was no bucket of water that she put my feet into. I'm not exactly sure how I feel about that. It doesn't really matter one way or the other actually. It was a good massage. She did a great job.

Ryan conducted a computer assisted exam that helped pinpoint not only the point of pain I was there to treat, but other areas in my body where I was compensating and creating other imbalances. After the exam, he did the first adjustment and I felt so much better. We developed a plan of care together to help me understand the problem and the solutions and with a few more treatments I regained normal range of pain free movement. Both Ryan and Stacy were available to do adjustments at times that fit into my schedule. I was so happy with their care, and they made it clear that my input was important. I brought my 8 year old son in for issues he was having in his neck, and was so impressed with the patience and respect that Ryan showed to my son. A few years ago, I had a serious ankle sprang, and like many I ignored it, to the point the over compensation caused an ITB injury in the opposite leg. Sonya evaluated my leg, and while I was on the table, I felt an involuntary movement of my foot realigning. I was amazed at her ability to identify what needed her touch, and how much. She is really amazing. Recently, saw her, and while I was there, I guess all the stess I've been under caused me to do something to my jaw that prevented me from chewing without a tremendous amount of pain. Today we had an appointment for each of us to get our hair cut and I LOVE what she did with my hair after giving her a general idea of what I like and asking her to do whatever she thinks is best. She gave really great tips and tricks to maintain my hair with as little effort as possible since I generally invest zero effort into my hair. My husband has gorgeous curly hair and she has twice now done a spectacular cut doing curl by curl. The last cut grew out to look freshly cut even as it grew which blew my mind. Today's appointment took longer than anticipated (I came in and made the appointment during the week and I think they underestimated how much hair my husband has) and she stated after closing to take her time giving him an amazing haircut. also love that she's bilingual since our family is too.
