I don't even know where to start with how amazing this venue was to work with. The venue owners are…read moresome of the most wonderful people I have ever worked with. You can feel their warmth and kindness within seconds of meeting them. They went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for. They allowed me to come the night before my wedding and take over the entire bar area to get as much set up as possible. They helped with the entire set up process, and even allowed me to borrow one of their tents to block access to a certain area...they even set it up for us and added lights to make it look beautiful. The day of the wedding, they helped some of the wedding party to get everything into the correct areas and looking beautiful. Deena saved the day by making sure the alter looked amazing when the groom and groomsmen ran out of time. Overall, they provided a wonderful, relaxed wedding experience and attempted to make the day as calm as possible. I would 100% recommend having your wedding or your next event there. You will absolutely not regret it, and bonus...you get to meet and spend time with the amazing owners! I will add some photos of their beautiful space as soon as I get them from the photographer. I LOVED that place as a kid. And Lucas and I have been hoping that seeing them working on it means they are getting it up and running again. Well, today there were 3 cars out front on the way home so I decided to stop in! Unfortunately, my childhood mini golf course is not coming back to life. BUT the owner invited me in to check out the new events venue THE PAVILION! And it is pretty dang cool. It will be completed soon and is open to book for weddings and any other types of events! He is also hoping to (possibly) host a concert summer series out by the old bumper boat pond and an Octoberfest (starting next year) with beer and venues at each of the 18 holes (). So it might not be a resurrection of the miniature golf course like we'd hoped, but it's still pretty exciting to have something local hosting some fun events! The place looks amazing and a great view for any event! My review obviously is not based on an experience of hosting an event there, but the owner was really cool and the venue itself is pretty awesome! Definitely something to check out

The venue has an old Victorian type style to it. Plenty of shade for those hot summer events. The area for the wedding is a short walk from the reception area. They have a bar and very nice bathroom area. It is hard to find a problem with this venue. You do have to drive over a narrow bridge that might stress some drivers. I've driven over it in a full size pickup with no problem. The food was excellent and plenty of it. I would suggest this place for your event.

They include so much including the furniture and lighting, and we got a good deal on the dance floor. We chose this venue because it encompasses what we love about Visalia, with the greenery and the oak trees. Many of my guests have commented on how beautiful it was and thought it was very unique. The only concerns were regarding the bridge getting to the venue, but we did not have problems with it, and with getting our rentals out the night of the wedding, but it was easy to coordinate. The food was amazing, as we expected from Fugazzis. From the time of our tasting, we knew the food was going to be good. We had ample choices for our appetizers, the entree options were delicious and plentiful, the desserts were really good, and the late night tacos were a huge hit for our guests. Silvia was so helpful in planning the day. From coordinating with my vendors, to answering all of our questions, she helped the day go smoothly. She is very knowledgable and had good suggestions for our other vendors as we were doing our research. Overall, it was a great day, and I am so happy that we chose to have it at Victorian Garden.

My only concern is that camel is in an extremely small space as is the longhorn cow. Some goats and llamas have no shade or shelter during the day. I did not see anybody being unkind to the pets, but there was not enough staff to patrol the people and keep the animals safe. Some of the animals backed away when I tried to pet them, even though I was being gentle. I hope they have alternative space and shelter to the ones I saw.
