I am so sorry I left items with them. I was so excited about the idea but given their grab for every last penny I would rather donate. They set the price without any input or approval from you. They take 65% of the sale. There is a charge for working with you annually. If you want something back after it has sold you get charged. The very few dollars my 35% represents I would feel better donating it to anyone. I brought item packaged in original cartons, clean and looking new and I am disgusted with myself for leaving them with them. DON'T DO IT. You will much better about your self donating to someone who really needs it. Because of this experience I will no longer shop in the retail store either. read more

While I was not happy and didn't have a good impression, strictly from all the rules and terms I was handed, when creating my account i find their concern with the opinion and reviews by their customers very refreshing. After seeing my review they reached out to me and worked with me. I had a very nice in person conversation with Jordan which left me feeling better. I explained the impression all the rules and terms leave you with. The split is not the norm and some of the charges coming off as "nickel and diming". They are still not for me as given the money you are going end up with, based on the value of those goods and the split, i feel better donating the out grown things. read more

I recently purchased a bike for my granddaughter here and consigned the outgrown bike at Jadabug's Elite. Although I could have just donated the outgrown bike, it was nice to share it with this lovely store where folks can pick up resale items readily. I am regularly popping in and finding wonderful books and little one clothing. The process was seamless and the staff are exceptional. I was able to use the proceeds from our bike sale for purchases, which was a perfect option for me. I highly recommend the store for shopping, and for consignment if you're interested. read more

Elite Repeat is the best way to sell the things my children are growing out of and it feels good to know that someone else gets to use and enjoy them! I have not consigned here yet, but I am a regular buyer. As the mom of a nine month old male, I like to dress him fashionable, but we all know how hard that is given the options at our local carters and other baby clothing retailers. I just can never justify paying full price for Nikes for a baby that will grow out of them within a couple months. I have bought brand name shoes for my son here four times that were brand new without tags. One pair of Jordans, one pair of Nikes, and two pairs of vans. They were all less than 16 bucks. If you know Jordans, you know that they run $65 and up even for baby sizes. I love the fact that they don't accept clothing from Walmart and Target because I can just run down there and buy those things myself for relatively inexpensive prices. I truly do appreciate that they carry higher end brands without the high-end price tag. I have seen toms, uggs, nike, adidas, and many others in the shoe section alone. Their store is well-organized and easy to navigate. There is always help availabile if needed and the ladies who staff the shop are so sweet. I have never purchased anything here that was anything more than very gently worn. That includes Janie & Jack sets, an H&M linen shirt, an indoor bounce house, disney books, tons of Kate Quinn separates, and even a Little Sleepies zipper pajama. I don't plan on consigning much just yet because I plan on having at least one more baby, but I absolutely will be in the future. I am so glad that we finally have a high-end kids consignment store here in the valley... it alleviates a lot of stress for me because now I don't have to worry about trying to sell things on OfferUp or Facebook marketplace and having to meet-up with strangers. read more
