There is a little something for everyone here. And an awesome place for gifts. I met Susan at a local gem show in Santa Rosa at her Lucky Handicraft booth. I can not imagine doing business with anyone else and knew that I must see her 2 stores. Go full or pack snacks because this can be an all day event. Thankfully they have a bathroom for you to use. Susan has always been so generous with me. She is very patient with me and I really like her as a person. The other staff members are very helpful. They do an excellent job of packing up your order and handling it with care. From pocket rocks to statement pieces this store has it all and it's easy to go nuts in here. Impulse control, which, I had none today......LOL They have a smaller store in Richmond and I visited both locations today. No one will beat her prices, selection or legendary deals. I can't wait to come back. This place is a must.

It's going to be easy stringing the tiny beads with that needle! The store has a gorgeous selection of beads, more complete than any selection I have seen anywhere. The resizing process was very strange, multiple resizing tools were used, leading to confusion. The ring was resized incorrectly, so they offered to resize again. Generally at this point, the fee for resizing should be refunded. During the process the ring was resized incorrectly several times. There was no communication through out the process. After the ring was resized correctly, the Opal came back damaged and there was a flaw in the band. There was no communication about anything, the customer service is severe lacking, especially for a luxury goods dealer. The entire experience has soured my view of Esqueleto, I will never refer anyone, if I know anyone who is thinking of purchasing through them o would strongly suggest against it.

He bought me a ring that, within one week, looked terrible. Banged up, bent, and like I got it out of a gumball machine. A friend commented, "thats new? I thought you had it for years." When I contacted them and explained my issues the sales person was insanely condescending and rude. I was actually shocked that a place in business in this area had this level of customer service. They repeatedly accused me of lifting weights in the jewelry. I assure you I put it on and typed on a computer. I don't wear it because it looks horrible and makes me mad. Sounds like multiple other people had a similar experience. My advice? Go somewhere that actually cares about their product and the people they sell to. I would literally never recommend this place to another person in my life. Overpriced, bad quality, rude.
