I'm not the type of person to go out of my way to write a review but this place is a JOKE. went here because it was the only place open past 7. MISTAKE. not only did they try to charge me almost $45 for FREAKING FILL. at first the guy seemed cool but the color selection was clearly very old, when i asked if they had cat eye he said no when they did in the corner after i looked around. i picked a normal gel teal color & he said i had to pay $15 extra for that basic color !!! i looked him dead in the eyes & said excuse me ??? this isn't even a cat eye or holographic gel its a regular color you can get done anywhere. he told me to speak to the boss about the price. so i did. i asked her why & she had the AUDACITY to say she charges extra because gel is hard work and takes lots of time. LIKE WHAT IS THIS A SCAM ive been to soooo many salons in my life and i know my things, thankful for my everyday salon who taught me alot and they do not charge more for gel because its harder. its actually easier and quicker. DO NOT SIT THERE AND TRY TO LIE TO MY FACE LIKE IM SOMEONE WHO NEVER GOT THEIR NAILS DONE. then i ask her how much then she said $30 for fill i was like wow what a difference & the guy goes but you have broken nail i said yea just 1 so thats $3 extra so 33 not nearly 45. oh it gets better. he kept slapping my hand and sucking his teeth and i cant stand when people who i DO not know get so close to me talking in a different language. honey i'm Hispanic. people only switch languages up when they want to run their mouths. it made me so uncomfortable. then i asked if they had a glitter gel, i wanted a thick glitter not the sheer glitter you can see thru, they only had 1 and it looked like it was running out.. so i tried being nice asking if they had another selection because i knew i wanted alot. THEN he goes no and kept yelling at me saying what do i want, i said i want something different glitter every other nail and kept trying to get me to put it only on my ring finger. like NO thats not what I want, and when he put the glitter on he did only 1 coat so it looked like it wasnt even there. I HAD TO ASK HIM TO PUT MORE ON 3 TIMES!!!!! and he kept giving me attitude and sucking his teeth. and he didnt clean the polish off the sides. the shape wasnt horrible but omg. ridiculous. read more

I found this nail salon on Yelp. I am totally pleased with the service I received. Every one was polite and I wasn't sure if I wanted to gel gel coated or just a manicure. I wound up getting the manicure because I wanted to use the Polish I had at home. There was never any pressure and for $12.00 for the manicure I had the best hand massage ever. They really went out of their way to make me happy. I will definitely go back again and might go with the gel coat for $22.00. Definitely worth your time to check them out!! read more

BEWARE They nearly blinded me with cvs purchased flash lashes, old glue and and unlicensed clinician. It was the worst experience of my life. I had to go immediately to me eye doctor to remove the thick black glue FROM MY EYE. They glued one eyelid completely shut. Didn't sterilize equipment. Didn't tape down or protect my skin. AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT. I have reported them. They should be put out of business. read more

I walked in and some man was sitting around watching television drinking coffee and eating cookies Screaming about the soccer game.the floor is a mess the nail polishes are old and passed their expiration, somebody was sleeping on one of the chairs they used to wax people, on the tables are all beat up, it was just absolutely in need of a health department inspection. This is my first visit. I came to get my lip waxed. The lady who took care of me was nice and very quick without seeming rushed at all. I was seen and taken care of within 5 minutes. Everyone there, both employees and patrons seemed to be in pleasant moods. Everything was clean and neat. They had a wide selection of options and services. Their prices are all clearly posted. Wish I could give this place zero stars. I don't even have the time to write everything that happened at this place. (The one inside the south mall, I couldn't find it on yelp but owned by the same people) to make it short and sweet, there was a bug floating around my tub when I was getting a pedicure. It's so dirty and nothing is sterilized. I'm currently at le spa getting my nails and toes fixed because half way I told them I'm done. This place was an absolute nightmare. DO NOT GO!!!!! go spend the extra money at Le spa. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I got an infection on my foot from how dirty this place is. They need to get closed down. BUYER BEWARE!! VERY EXPENSIVE, CON ARTIST AND CRAPPY QUALITY I went to their South Mall location. This is not my first bad experience there but after a year or two, with limited options on a Sunday I thought I would try it. I originally was going to go to Le Spa and I wish to god I had! I chose Jade because I very inaccurately thought it would be LESS expensive than Le Spa... I was sadly mistaken. Let's start with my girlfriend, she got a standard mani and spa pedicure... the pedicure went fine even tho they try to upsell you on everything and are quite pushy about it. She then got her manicure, they switched manicurist in the middle and she told the new guy that the lady had only done one hand and he brushed her off and said it's okay it's oaky... he went on to insult her and tll her she was very pretty for a black girl... the guy is quite lucky she didn't tell me this until after I left. Her paint looks like I could have done a better job and they charged her $40.00 - highway robbery. My 4 year old got a pedicure and it was also fine however the guy was borderline insulting by insinuating that my daughter had "good skin like her mom" vs like her father who is African American. I ignored that. I got a pedicure which was fine. Then went to get my fill and the owner, Linda was rushing through it and didn't even get all of the polish from my previous gelish color off from around the edges I thought okay no biggie but I won't come back... they then moved me over to the painting station where another lady took over painting and I pulled my hands out of the fluorescent light when they were done and looked at them and almost lost it. I have had bad manicures in every state in the union in the last 20 years but holy hell this was the WORST possible I had ever seen. I wasn't going to even leave looking like this... the polish was thick and lumped and she got polish all over my fingers too it just looked TERRIBLE. I said something to the gentleman sitting behind me and he called linda over her started filing and couldn't even fix them and had to take me back to her work station and fix 8 of 10 fingers and completely REPAINT them and go through the whole drying process again... If you know gelish - you know this was time consuming and a pain in my behind!!! So then the guy comes over and says that my daughter's pedicure was $15.00 I said that's fine but I am not coming back... it's too expensive and my nails look terrible. The owner comes over and says that she's sorry and she'll give me my "Gelish" for free. So fast forward, my daughter and my friend were going shopping and I said I will just be a few more minutes. The woman painting my nails for the second time said, my boss says you get 15 min of reflexology/massage. I thought okay they are trying to make me happy so I come back so I said okay. I sat through the 15 minutes and then got my brows done. A 4 year old pedicure $15.00 Acrylic Fill and gelish polish (Supposedly free polish) $25.00 Spa Pedicure for adult (nothing fancy) $$25.00 Eyebrows $10.00 MY BILL WAS $116.00!!! I was so furious that I paid it and left I will NEVER EVER Set foot in this place again. They are con artist and prey on customers. Don't Go Here!!! I purchased a Groupon Coupon for this facility. I was supposed to get a Spa Pedicure and Manicure. I was also going to purchase two other services, but decided not to because the supposed "spa pedicure" was the worst I ever had. It barely met the standards of a regular pedicure. I didn't stay for the manicure, even though I paid for it and they wouldn't refund my money. They actually used a sander from Home Depot on the bottom of my feet, I'm not kidding. It is a dirty place, they are unorganized, nobody speaks English, mostly broken. The workers were constantly talking amongst each other, taking personal calls from their cell phones and talking loudly to each other over me and I could not relax. Sasha did my pedicure and I've been to every nail salon within 30 miles even the mall. They are offering a pedicure with hot stone massage where you actually get a lot for your money. No wait and great service. Ask for the full treatment on your pedicure.. I even got a chair massage For 12$extra .Ask for Sasha....... I went here for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was fine except the lady was facetiming someone the whole time and never payed complete attention to me. Then, I went to the table to get my manicure, and the guy was extremely rude to me. He didn't speak any English at all and when I told him it hurt, he went even harder. He then continued to mumble that I had "ugly nails". I got acrylics and they stayed on for 2 weeks, even though he told me 2 months (which I knew right away was a lie.) When I was ready to take the acrylics off, I nearly had to pry them off. I used tweezers, goof off, nail polish remover, and safety pins. I am not very happy about how long it took me to get them all off. It wasnt worth the money. read more

My wife goes here every few weeks to get her nails done. It's a nice place, very friendly staff and they usually let me sit in a massage chair if it isn't too crowded... so I don't get too bored waiting for my wife. She's only had a problem with her nail breaking one time I believe, but that was because she had to chase our seven year old that day to get him to the dentist. Other than that she keeps going back there, says the prices and service are amazing. read more

Went to the location on Lehigh St in Allentown (not sure if they moved from Hanover Ave) after buying a Groupon - worst experience ever. The place was filthy and the man who did my mani & pedi had little to no experience. He was so rough with my nails that it left me sore for a couple of days. I had to file my own nails when I got home because they were jagged. The front desk woman actually came to our station and asked him to take the paint off of one of my nails and redo it because it looked that bad. Not only was it bad service, but they charged me to take off the paint I already had on my nails. What the heck? I will not be going back, nor will I be recommending this place again. read more

i would've give zero start but i guess 1 is the minimum. I am mad at myself for even staying there, i knew the minute i walked in the door it wasn't a sanitary salon. My daughter said, oh he started putting the water in the basins for our pedi let's just stay. The place is FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY. I WAS SO APPALLED I WANTED TO LEAVE........but i didn't. There is filth on the floor around pedi chairs and just general grime and scum. The carpet by the sink was disgusting. The old man who was working on my feet was coughing, he coughed on my feet and then saw me looking at him and then turned his head with the next cough. (he was missing half his teeth the other 1/2 were rotting out) He got towels out of the steamer and stones for leg massage and steam towel. After the stone massage i watched him put the towel under the faucet and put it back in the steamer with the stones. The guy who did my daughters pedi took the same towel out and the same stones that was just used on me. When we were finished and sitting with our feet under the dryer we watched them put a little girl in the chair my daughter had just vacated. I said, "don't you clean your basins" The one guy quickly went over and said he was spraying alcohol although they were already filling the basin with water for the next patron. They never cleaned the chair and basin i had sat at. This place shouldn't be open, i am sure nothing is sanitized to standards. i am praying i don't get an infection and i am calling the department of health on Monday. read more

Absolutely dirty on the inside, the towel they used to dry my hands smelled like vomit and clearly was used on several people without being washed. Bought a groupon for Shellac manicure and spa pedicure. The woman that did my nails put the top coat on for the base coat then put the color on then put the base coat on as the top coat. My nails wouldn't dry. I told her what she did but she ignored it. Since they didn't dry she took a papertowel and wiped the wet nail polish off (leaving the dry on). Told me that the color I picked out was no good and to pick another color. The original color was a deep purple, I changed it to a red. She said that she would do the pedicure then go back to the manicure. The "spa" pedicure was not even close to a "spa" pedicure. Everyone was very nice, but the gel coat on my nails came out yellow! I guess it was an issue with OPI, but they still charged me and didn't offer any sort of compensation.
