Wonderful. I went here because this is my neighbors nail place of choice so I figured I'd give it a try. I wanted a French manicure since I was going to a wedding that weekend. I went on a Friday morning so they weren't busy. I was actually just 1 or 2 people in there. The girl I had (I don't know her name but I wish I did) was wonderful. She did my nails with such care and attention to detail. I had a gel French manicure. The heater/dryer whatever they are thingies, were built into the table. Maybe that's standard, I don't know because I never get my nails done. I am now going on week 3 and the only issue is normal nail growth near the cuticles but they still look great!! It has convinced me to go back and get them done again! I think it cost me around $32 dollars for the French...normally I think she said gel is $20 something, but because I got the French it was more. I highly recommend this place!! read more

Pretty disappointed. I had received a giftcard as a Christmas gift (so not even 5 months ago). It was not honored when going to pay because they are under new ownership. So my $50 giftcard was worthless. While I recognize this money went to the previous owner, the consumer/client should not be on the hook for this. The right thing to do would have been to honor it. I was even willing to pay any difference in cost for the new rates. I would have liked for this to me my spot but now I will never return. read more

Decided to try this place out for the Gemini season and they did not disappoint! Nails came out so nice and they provided great service from the pedi to the mani. They do a great job, when you arrive, you receive a complimentary bottle of spring water, and when your nails are ready to be dried, they offer a free neck/shoulder massage. Can't go wrong there. 5 days ago my friend and I booked a full set and pedi together, we wanted to Sit together & catch up. We had an appointment for a week!!! When we arrived we were instantly separated. We even said, no together. The guy (Gary? Grant?) said no, he will do my nails and then my friends pedi. Right off the back I was upset with the place. I explained that I wanted a gel pedi and he said they don't do that and it's impossible. Which I know is not true, becauSe at Trendz I get gel pedis all the time. I love the nail design I picked out, the girl who did my pedi and design was fantastic. However the guy (again, grant? Gary) did a horrible job on my full set. He didn't even clean out under the nails from the gunk. I had to do that at home. I spent $100 on this and already it's chipped (gel top coat) and its rippling. Needless to say, I'm not going back. I enjoyed the pedi. I enjoyed the foot massage. But very upset. I also can't just go back and get this fixed because I'm on vacation until Monday of next week. So I'm currently 1400 miles away and I can't get this cleaned up. read more

I went in for a Gel Fill and the guy kept using the nail machine way too close to my cuticle/skin. He cut me in several places. I attached two photos and I had said ow and jerked my fingers back a few times. My cuticles burn when I put them under water because of the cuts!! Way to rough, need to be more gentle please. the establishment seems nice but be careful & try to speak up more if he is hurting you cause he didn't listen to me. They did a good job with the painting and they gave me a neck message complimentary. They just do a sloppy job prepping your nails for paint If you ask me. read more

This place has recently opened in the past few months. I have gone here about 7 times already to either get a pedicure, acrylic set/fill or eye brow wax. I like how they have a plastic shield inside the bowl where you stick your feet in for your pedicure. Then they take it out and put a new one for the next guest. So I like how it's sanitary. They play peaceful calm music which is nice, but I tend to get bored, kind of wish they had a tv with something on, but I understand that they are trying to have a "spa vibe". They have an awesome huge fish tank inside with big fish, which is nice to look at. I recommend getting a pomegranate pedicure. It's extra money but well worth it. read more

Made an appointment for 1pm on Sunday for two manicures. My mom and I arrived at 12:45pm and asked to be seated next to each other. The guy (the owner/guy in charge?) asked me twice for my name and then seemed annoyed that we were early. He told us to sit down in two chairs next to each other - the entire manicure chairs were empty, except for one other customer. We were sitting there for about 5-10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us or even offering to let us see the gel manicure colors. Finally the same guy at the front, came over and said to me "you're too early, you'll have to wait" ... really?? 15 minutes early to an appointment is "too early" Meanwhile, he was taking walk-ins and starting their nail service before us... After that comment we got up and walked out and he looked at us and never said a word. I have never felt so ignored in a place of business that I 1) made an appointment and 2) was trying to spend my money in... there are too many other nail salons in the area to waste your time at this place that clearly is too good for your business. read more

Stopped in today on a whim on my lunch break for a regular mani. I was greeted immediately, and seen right away. Tony did my nails. Although he wasn't talkative (which is totally fine with me), he was polite. He is a cuticle cutting machine! I have natural nails and get mani's mostly for the cuticle trimming and filing. He was meticulous about them. The free paraffin dip was a nice surprise. I got regular polish, and he did not try to up sell me on gel, a 'spa' mani, etc - which I GREATLY appreciate. The salon is updated and modern. At the drying table, he gave me a shoulder/upper back massage. I was not aware of this and will kindly decline this in the future (massages aren't my jam). Fantastic pedicure! At the suggestion of another review I got a pomegranate pedicure and it was fabulous. The cost was $45.00; but it was money well spent! I was in the chair for nearly one hour from start to finish. The process was completely different than your typical pedicure. My feet sat in a pink gel, my legs were also coated with a scrub/covered and even a bit of wax on my heels while the painted my nails. My leg massage was 15 minutes (they use a timer to make sure you aren't cheated since the massage is rolled into the price of $45). You also receive a hot stone massage, included in the price, which is also a very special treat. The salon is very clean and I appreciated the fact that they use a plastic lining in the foot soak. I walked out feeling very relaxed and satisfied. Highly recommended! Their full set acrylics are not fine we'll at all. Very sloppy. read more

Let's start with I never make Yelps about establishments but let me tell you how this was THE WORST service I've ever received in my my life. When I walk in there were flies everywhere and it seemed like the workers were used to it. That should of been a red flag right there! I just Like to give people chances.. so on I ask if they can do certain things as I pull them up on my phone and they couldn't saying they didn't have the stuff to do what I asked I said OKAY FINE.. so I settle for a simple one color gel polish full-set okay at this point I'm a lil agitated but I'm my mom is telling me to just let them finish.. as I'm starting my nails the lady puts the tip on my actual nail crooked so the nail is tilted on my actual nail so I tell her do you know this lady catches a attitude after cutting the length too short from what I actually asked for so she starts speaking in her language so I tell her to stop doing my nails & ask if the owner could come over & see exactly what she was doing wrong literally all the workers stopped speaking and pretended as if they didn't speak English so I said I will leave this place without paying a dime so then the owner comes out of nowhere saying he'll finish my nails when I tell you he messed up nails remember I asked for a matte finish when he put the matte top coat on it bubbled and then instead of taking it completely off he just files the top coat off and just puts a gel coat on top read more

It's this salon that helped me to decide that I'll be sticking to my actual salon for mani/pedis. The chain salons are really sceeving me out lately. I felt like I was in an assembly line. No conversation, barely paid attention to me as she was so concerned with what everyone else was doing around her. They are not the least bit environmentally friendly. In order to assure customers they are clean they use all disposable tools and liners. The mani pedi was messy and poor quality. The price was over 55$-- very close to my salon price. To me it just wasn't worth it. Not a relaxing experience and poor work. Won't be back. read more

I have had the worst experience on receiving a pedicure ever. The woman who did my pedicure was very unfriendly and socialized with the woman next to her in their language especially every time I was asking her to clean better my toe nails. She was very frustrated and she scrub my heels for literally 2 minutes. My heels feel worst and rough compare to when I walked in. I complained to the manager who did not care and totally ignored me. 27 dollars of total waste and the most unfriendly service I have ever received. Can I give zero stars? Went in for a gel pedi (already have gel on so it needed to be filed off) woman cuts both of my big toe cuticles to point of bleeding. DISGUSTING. Be more careful! I had to take the time to give this place the positive feedback it deserves. I was in this morning for a UV Gel fill. The gentleman took his time, until the very end when the phone started ringing and he had to finish my nails, but also clearly run his business. The polish job was rushed, I wasn't given enough time to dry before the lotion was applied, and my top coat was ruined. I left because I had to get to work, but I was very dissatisfied. I was fit to be tied when an hour into typing a corner of my nail completely broke off. I called and asked when I could be seen to have it repaired, and I was told to come in right away. Here's where the 5 stars come in: I definitely had an attitude when I walked in, it was obvious I was not happy. In spite of my 'tude, quite a few staff worked to help me find a higher quality polish while I waited for the man that had done my nails earlier finish a customer and begin repairing mine. He apologized, and worked very hard to ensure I was pleased with this second time around. He took his time to file them properly, he filled in the corner that broke off... He spent another hour on my nails and checked in with me constantly to make sure I was happy with the progress. I wasn't charged a dime for the repair, even though he ended up giving me essentially a whole new set. I am much happier with this afternoon's work, and believe it was the quality he meant for me to have this morning had he not needed to run the desk, register, and phone. I'm typing this from the chair at the nail salon at the tail end of what was one of the nicest pedicures I've ever had. First time here, don't live in this area and only here for the day. I was a walk in on a Sunday and was immediately seated with no wait. I was handed a menu with 5 diff kinds & prices of pedi's. The Lemon $35 is their reg ped, & the rest were $60. I went with the Lemon, and by no means is it standard. Legs get wrapped, a timed 10min massage happens, heals get paraffined, and toes get done in between. She did an awesome job. Don't take offense if their English isn't strong. A customer walked in and one of them said "Hi, what do u want?" Have common sense to know she's not being rude, she's genuinely asking in her own way how she can help u. It's a nice, quite salon. They have beautiful exotic fish, but I think they have too many for that size tank. read more

I have been coming here for 2 years with my mom and usually great service. Today we went in for pedicure and noticed that all the employees were new. The man who did my pedi was very rough. He jammed one of his tools into my toenail digging out the excess skin. His thumbnails were long and digging into my skin. Then when I went to get my manicure and he cut my cuticles 2 of my fingers started bleeding. I think I might have an infection now. We will not go back there again! I have been here several times for manicures and pedicures but the last two times felt very rushed and not very pampering at all. The technicians seem annoyed and not interested in what they're doing least of all making any conversation. I find it very rude the technicians only speak to each other and seem to make fun of and laugh at the customers. The owner has the most arrogant condescending attitude of them all. Shame on you. My most recent gel manicure chipped twice within a week. I went back to get it fixed and received a disgusted look from the owner as he just pointed for me to sit down. Way too rushed every time I've come. The upgraded pedicures you pay more for come with a 15 minute massage. They turn the timer on and dilly dally for a minute or so, (yes every minute counts to me) and it's as if you're getting lotion rubbed on you, there's hardly any pressure. And when you try to explain it they don't understand. This time the guy sprayed up so high the water went into my seat and down my jeans, looked as if I peed myself. No apologies, nothing. One time in the past they put two different shades on my hands and feet and when I noticed, outside right after I left, they denied doing it. The owner is extremely rude. Well. Went in for pedicure and dip gel manicure. Pedicure went ok. My cuticles weren't cleaned fully. I give myself better pedicures . Manicure not so much. I can see why they might not soak your hands for dip gel, but I never had a manicure where they didn't push and clean the cuticles. When I asked, the manager "owner I guess " cuz my technician didn't speak English, he said yes we do. So I said, well why didn't he then? I'm getting a manicure yet all he did was cut and file my nails then started with the dip gel. I didn't really get an answer and still paid full price. I came here not too long ago with my mom. We had an appointment and they took me right away but my mom had to wait 30 minutes until they started working on her. They even took a walk-in before her!! We both got dip nails done and when the lady was gluing mine on, she did them wrong so somebody else had to come put my tips on. They looked good when i first got them on, but my all of my moms nails chipped within two days!!! this is almost unheard of for dip manicures. My nails started lifting within 2 weeks which has never happened to me so i started taking them off. let me tell you, they glued 2 of my nails into the powder and when I took my tips off, 50% of my actual nail came off with it!!! This was the worst pain that i've ever been in in my life and this has never happened to me, do not go here!!! read more

Am I completely satisfied.... Quite honestly, no. I'm used to walking into a full service nail spa salon and receiving full service treatment. Let me start off by saying that the decor is well done. Impressive upon entering, clean environment, neat stations and the lighting and mood is relaxing. You are greeted at the door and welcomed. Now, if they're crowded,which they weren't when I arrived but they became packed a while later...then there's no where for you to sit and relax while you wait for your experience. I was taken care of rather quickly, I went in for a fill and pedicure. My fill was done with ease, speed, a little bit of sloppiness, but he's a guy, we'll forgive,right? And I was whisked away to the pedicure stations. I arrived to meet pleasantly smiling Shirley. Who was built to give me an epic massage but winds up giving me a little tickling on my exposed muscles.... FAIL I tried explaining to her exactly what I needed from my pedicure, I was, after all paying for the extras. I needed help trimming the sides of my toenails so that they were square. She apparently didn't understand, she smiled and shook her head as if she understood, then filed my big toenail just a smidgen more and smiled once again. Her massage was for the weakened and wasn't worth the money or effort. I'm definitely not pleased at repeating the experience with her again. Love her smile, but she's not the one to be massaging anyone who is still alive. Will I go again....... I I find myself scrambling around on a Sunday afternoon looking to get my nails done.....
