At the end she warned me that about 5 lashes would fall per day since that is how many lashes fall off usually. I've gotten lash extentions before from other salons and I have never felt so bald. Even before it hit the one week mark I only had maybe like 15-20 lash extentions left. I thought oh maybe because I went to vegas the heat melted off the glue, but when i went it was colder than NJ in the 60s. So really I can't even try to find an excuse for them. I was looking forward to coming back and getting them refilled but at this point I am going to have to spend money on full set Update: The manager reached out to me and gave me a complementary full set. I love the way it turned out and it's been almost a week and my lashes haven't fallen out too much. It still looks c beautiful and people has been complementing how good it looks. I loved the girls upfront and the manager who reached out to me was very polite and answered every questions I had. I would definitely go back. Not sure why the first time I went the lashes didnt stay but this time it stayed on and still looks beautiful. Highly recommend

I mentioned my lashes weren't lasting as well and she didn't really respond or say much. Well, I just left paying $158 for a refill! Because i was TWO days past my 2 week mark. 2 week fill is usually $90. And then i didn't have cash today so i paid with a card and was going to give her cash the next time and before i leave out the door she says to me "excuse me, are you going to leave tip?". On top of tip being absolutely optional, i was just going to take care of her next time as i always do and i was so turned off i actually asked her to cancel my next appointment. Way too expensive and very unfortunate experience. Lashes start off great, but then slowly don't last and just not consistent. Not recommended.

The whole experience was so relaxing that I almost dozed off during the treatment. I wished they fanned out my lashes right after with an eyelash brush but I did that at home. Truly the end results were terrific. I posted two pictures immediately after and one after fanning them out.
