Ive been going to Lashful habitually as Ive purchased a package and also paid individually for 2-3 week applications. Lashful has an internal issue with their staff retention. When you find a talented technician, they dont stay long. Im a person of habit and enjoy sticking to one technician whether its eyelashes, massages or nails.. but ive constantly been tossed around between many new and inexperienced technicians at this establishment. I was originally loyal because I met Jamie (she was great) but she sadly left within a few weeks. I've been told that "all the technicians are experienced" but thats NOT the case. Ive been an avid lasher for many years and found this place because midtown was too far (since Ive been working from home). Not all the technicians here are experienced. Ive had issues with placement and lash retention. Ive had many bad experiences here after Jamie. Ive had a technician pull my natural eyelash out "by accident". Ive also had a technician blurt things out like "aish, molla" which translates to "whatever, i dont know" in midst of application. I understand korean and these comments didnt give me a good sense of comfort. I've had my lashes fall out within 2 days of application. I've been double booked and had to wait an hour to see a technician. Theres usually two technicians there simultaneously and ive had a technician yell at me and say "fine, i didnt double book you, my manager did, so if you dont want to see me, i can just go home." Two stars because I enjoyed visiting Jamie (who no longer works here) and Grace (she still works there). Everyone else in here is trash.

Ashlee was working a different event and wasn't able to do my makeup, instead I had Jessica. Jessica was so lovely and personable. She chatted with me the entire time and mixed colors to find the best shade for me and my skin tone. It was amazing. Then for my big day, the store was so accommodating and they were happy to travel wherever I needed them to. It was greatly appreciated that their travel time was already worked into the price. I was only expecting Ashlee and Jessica, but we also got Nicky at no extra cost! All three of them were wonderful and worked very efficiently to make sure that each of my bridesmaids, my mother, and I were all well taken care of.
