We were never given our second day of shots, nor would Lindsay ever get back with me about it. She ignored all emails and phone calls. I even told her I would pay her for the pictures (even though we won the photo shoot and images), but she wouldn't even respond to me at all. To get the first day of photos we did took her 3 months to get to us. She made me go to her house and pick them up, and when I got there she had left someone elses disk of photos out and then wouldn't answer her phone when I called about getting MY disk. So unprofessional!! I would never recommend Lindsay if you want a professional/prompt experience. I would have definitely gone with someone else had I know I wouldn't get all my photos back.
