I have waited on hold for over three hours on their scheduling line, and no one ever picks up; when I leave messages, no one returns them. I also had my GP in Los Angeles send in two referrals to two different fax numbers, and no one has responded to those either. Seems like they are begging to go out of business. Maybe we should honor their wishes so that some other providers enter the area?
