Perfectly seasoned and cooked to a beautiful medium just as I requested. The coleslaw had a bit too much onion, but it was still good. My Mom had tots with the trio wrap. It was so deliciously smokey. And a "fall off the porch" drink that was just peachy and not too strong for her. But Beau was the shining star of our visit. The glaze was sweet but not overpowering. 2nd night I ordered the Parmesan chicken. That chicken was great but o didn't care for the pasta it was served on. Flavor was good but just not my thing. There are 5 booths along the walls with about the same amount of tables. Another room in front with about 5 round tables too. Theres a large fire burning fireplace out in front with a few tables & chairs. Today there was a large tent out in front with a lot of tables and chairs. I had a Denver omelet (ham, onion, bell pepper) which looked to be about 2 eggs, hash browns and rye toast. The eggs were a bit overcooked but not bad. My husband had 2 eggs (scrambled), large slice of grilled ham, with biscuit & gravy (the biscuit seemed to be a bit doughy) and two sausage links. It all tasted pretty good. Coffee was pretty good, not bitter at all but held up to my added cream & sugar. They don't offer poached eggs (Benedicts are served with sunny side up) or grits.
