Turns out that I had no need to worry. TrueCare showed up on time, loaded our wheelchair safely, and got us where we needed to go without any hassle. They even offer weekend pickups. He's yelled at multiple members of my family who have stepped in and tried to help us get this refund and have all been unsuccessful. Norman was supposed to pick up myself, my now husband, and our entire bridal party for our recent wedding and showed up over 30 minutes late. As a result, we had to pay for additional car service, couldn't ride together, and were late to our own wedding photographs as a result. When Norman called me that afternoon, as I was already riding in another car, frantic to get to our wedding, I told him I no longer needed his services and unfortunately had to hang up as he seemed to have bad service or trouble understanding me and I was LATE to my own wedding and had to go. For some reason, Norman showed up with limos in the evening to pick up our wedding party, even though it was made clear we were no longer using him and had gone with someone else on the phone that morning. Members of my family instructed him to please leave the premises. When I reached out the next day to ask for a refund, Norman CHARGED ME for the return trip of the limos to our venue and refuses to refund me. My bridal party has called. My father-in-law has called. My friends have gone down in person. I have emailed, texted, and called. I have PLEADED with Norman to help us because we are out HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for a mistake that we did not make. Norman says he wants to do "anything he can" to make it right, but refuses to refund us all of our money. We never used his service. Not one fingertip of anyone in our bridal party or wedding so much as touched the outside of his limo. I have asked Norman to make it right, offered to leave a 5-star review, and have spent WEEKS trying to work this out in a civil manner via email. Norman has proven he doesn't care about his struggling customers who LOST OUT ON TIME AND PHOTOS AND MONEY because his company was over half an hour late to pick them up for their wedding, easily the biggest day of our lives. To top it off, we were getting married in New York but live in California, so much of our bridal party had no knowledge of the area, no other recommendations, no cars. It's not like we had other options waiting around. Having no transportation to our wedding ruined a huge portion of our day and set a stressful tone for myself and my husband and our guests that had to spend their own time and money to get to our wedding ALREADY LATE. Don't do business with this company or trust Norman as he doesn't care about his customers and won't do anything to make it right.

I started using this taxi because it'll go from one world to another. However, the wait time is…read morevery long- then when I'm missing my appointment because of the time that was wasted to wait for the car, I don't want to keep traveling for 45 minutes under traffic just to get there because otherwise I will be late for my next appointment. Appointment. Want to explain this to the manager, instead of having some empathy, he wanted me to call mas. I did so and I wanted MAS to be on the phone while I'm talking. So it's a three-way instead of a two-way so I can make sure that the dryer gets paid for the time he had to go out of his way to pick me up. But at the same time the drop off should be right off the highway so that way he can get paid and not have to go an extra 45 minutes out of the way just for me not to be able to get there because I will be late then for my next appointment. Push comes to shove about an hour and a half later, the driver needed to take me home. I heard the manager of the company tell the driver that day. He would never take me again. Very unacceptable or professional when I took an hour and a half of my time to make sure that mas was up to date and that he was going to get paid for to where we were in Long Island. If he had a problem taking me home- he should have said so in the first place. What the manager didn't understand was that I have a hard time with movement. I have seizure disorder and too much movement on the road, can cause a seizure. Can be dropped off and let the driver go on his way to reach that destination just to come back and pick me up from where I was. I was told no even ​If I threw a whole tantrum into the car and was acting inappropriately ( which did not happen) the driver should not be told that I will never come back on their car service again. That was very unprofessional and inappropriate especially after how hard I was working to try to get that man to get paid. MAS did not want me on the phone via a three-way with the manager/ owner because she probably told him that he will not get paid for that trip. I wouldn't have allowed that to happen.
