I usually use Downtown Limo because they have the best prices, but decided to shop around this time. Low and behold, Hoboken First Class quoted me a rate $8 less expensive than Downtown Limo to go from Bushwick in Brooklyn, to Hoboken, so I scheduled the service. I checked my credit card a few days later and I was charged $10 more than I should have. Hoboken First Class basically told me I was a wrong and that none of their dispatchers quoted me that rate. So I should have just gone with my usual choice, Downtown Limo. Lesson learned. Update: The owner emailed me back and offered to credit me $10 for my next trip with them, hence my "A-OK" rating.
