It was a phenomenal experience, above and beyond anything we could have expected. The first thing I have to say about Steve is how responsive he is. Unfortunately, in early May we were diagnosed with COVID. Fortunately, we fully recovered and received a declaration from our physician so that we could still go on the pilgrimage at the end of the month. Through it all, Steve responded to every question we had, and responded immediately. I don't know what other tour group or operator would have had this kind of responsiveness. It was impressive. Having done this tour so many times, we were impressed with how every detail was thought through, so that we didn't have to worry about transportation, lodging, sites, Masses, food, or anything. Everything was prepared ahead of time and communicated with us. The tour was so informative, and included most everything that we would have wanted to see. The knowledge of Steve, Janet, and Amer was most impressive, giving you background on the history, geography, architecture, Bible, faith, culture, political strife, etc. The tour really made the faith and Scripture come alive for us. There was never a moment where we felt unsafe. As guides, they stayed on top of events taking place in the region, and adapted the tour as needed as different sites were closed or unavailable. They made everyone feel included and welcome. The hotels were excellent. The meals were terrific. I would recommend their Holy Land tour to anyone with an interest. If you've wanted to go, don't delay. Book a tour. They fill fast. You will not find better guides. We enjoyed every aspect of our tour and would happily do it again.
